Nice video, thanks.

Thanks for the video.  I'm not in love with the external sounds.  They're so tinny and lifeless in cruise.  If you rotate around the aircraft you really don't hear a difference.  I really wanted this plane but after buying it feels like a FSX verison Carenado.  It's okay for the price I guess.

I am with  you, after flying the Kodiak, this aircraft looks like a step backwards.

I bought the 337, and while I really like it, your comment on the kodiak is gonna end up costing me 😂

I'm glad you guys are doing the "honest" review thing and saving some of us some money.

After the Kodiak, everything is a step backwards! I have been flying the C337 quite a bit today and it's really not that bad but I think the arrival of much better addons over the past few months just confirms that Carenado have been left behind now. The Twin Otter, due this week will prove that even more. But they still have their place in my hangar.

Agreed, I’m having a good time with it, keeping in mind it’s only a 25$ add on. It will have a meaningful purpose in my hangar and don’t at all feel like it was a waste of money. I only flew it for 5 hours so far so it essentially cost me 5$ every hour up until now 🤣 and I’m far from done flying it.

Yes, I knew I was too high approaching the RWY.  It was a "one take" show to get this video recorded, edited and uploaded in 24 hours. Funny you should mention the perfect parking spot, as I sometimes land long at my home airport as my hangar is at the end of RWY 23!

Had pilots request it all the time when I worked at Duluth.  Not so much at FCM but the runways were shorter and we were a lot busier.

No that long ago my student was setting up for short field take off  in kind of slow way. Immediately got yelled by the tower. I took controls, terminated take off, get off runway. Poor fellow was terrified I had to calm him down telling it's him don't worry ATC is having just bad day. Now he handles everything from ATC "expedite", "no delay", "directly to the numbers", "best forward speed" you name it.   No floaties no matter where  hangar is LOL I call it touch and get "word not allowed" off runway procedures are in effect LOL But with all of that we are nothing like KMYF on a busy day LOL

Thanks for sharing the video. I like the way you added some humor. Very shrewd.
