How new is new? Didn’t I just download an update today via content manager? Just wondering …

If I read well, v1.0.3 is a bit old, one week at least.

Well AS released it on Monday. Is there another update available which I missed?

Yes, ok, that one should be it. I don't know about any other update but I'm not participating in the SU8 beta, anyway, if eventually the Otter has to be updated for SU8.

Cheers, Ed

Most of these are just cosmetic changes 😒 hopefully we will see deeper changes in the future.

Mathijs said on the AS forums that the first set of recordings are now done. He didn't elaborate but I would hope they will be looking to get them ready for the next update.

Nor updated systems.

To me, some bugs are monstrous. For example, if you're running the engines with the aux tanks and they get dry, the engines will quit when in reality they should keep running normally just using the fuel of the other tanks.

The simulated prop drag is significant - STOL landings were bad enough even before SU8, then it got worse. I've yet to decide if the 'spoiler' fudge fixes the short landings, but they're trying! And fixing instrument pop-outs plugged a gaping hole.
