Hello there everyone! So I've now had the alpha india group softwares for a few days, and I am loving them, apart from 1 thing that is bothering me. The traffic variety is just way too high, to a point where there is sometimes more easyjet planes at EDDF than lufthansa, and honestly that just ruins the realism for me. By this I mean at every airport that I load in I see most of the airlines there that I have downloaded. Maybe I'm completely stupid and there's a simple setting/fix for this, but I have been unable to find it. I have about 30 flightplans downloaded, if that means anything, mostly of the main carriers in Europe. Thanks in advance for the answers!

I saw plenty of Lufthansa aircraft at EDDF yesterday. I have the Aerosoft Mega Airport.

Do you have that or just the default which may not have an accurate AFCAD file?

I only have the standard edition of msfs, and no addons for frankfurt

I’m wondering if the default ai airliner traffic is still turned on?  Do you have similar issues at other airports?

I don't understand why people are not using PSXT and RealTraffic with AIG.  Every aircraft will follow its live routing and park in the right places.

Is there a benefit to using TC?

I'm not sure but I believe it has to do with not paying for an annual $ubscription? 😉 I am happy with AIG the way it is as long as I see some semblance of traffic I'm good!

You don't have to pay monthly/yearly.

What are you traffic settings in sim and in TC?

well, there are instances where, sometimes a person is overloaded with 4, 5 and 7 dollar subscriptions per month. It's not a case of not wanting to run something, it just comes to balancing the check book, checking priorities.

For me it’s that onerous subscription service. It’s just not worth it to have aeroplanes in the exact positions when the baggage carts, trees, cars, clouds etc are not in the correct positions. Paying to make one aspect of the sim super accurate while nothing else is makes less sense to me.

Also make sure the slider for aircraft ground traffic is at zero.

All my settings are correct, ground aircraft level at 0, and traffic is off. My problem was that if I loaded into an airport, but then went to main menu then to another airport further away, the traffic wasn't quite right, but now I know not to do that.

So I just checked out PSXT and it looks really cool, but I don't want to spend my money monthly on a service that slightly increases the realism, since aigtc seems to be doing fine for me. But I will definitely try it out for a month, to see if it is really worth it. Thank you again everyone!

Bit of dummy question here @MrBitstFlyer.  I have AIG Manager and AIG TC. What is that I need for PSXT to run and what does it replace? I mean, do I need PSXT to replace TC, then Real Traffic to replace AIG or can I run PSXT with AIG Manger and TC ? 

Just a bit confused about what each part of the puzzle provides in terms of flight plans, airports parking, liveries and connections with Flight Radar?
