May 27, 20224 yr I would like to see a WU for Southern and Eastern Africa...this area of the world is so gorgeous to look at. In some regions in MSFS the Mesh and the ground textures are really bad. But somehow I think they will keep making WUs in regions where they know they have the most paying customers using MSFS... my African sceneries for MSFS : https://darshonaut.blogspot.com/p/msfs-2020.html

That certainly does not hold for the globe... BTW in a flat country like the Netherlands, with a highest "hill" of about 210 ft a globe TA would be ridiculous. 🙂
May 27, 20224 yr I'm doing a long distance flight through that region at the moment, having crossed India, down through Burma and now in Thailand. Thailand is nice, but Burma and Bangladesh definitely need looking at - here's the Irrawaddy in Burma, and it's typical of a number of rivers and coastlines in that area: Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting. https://rationalwiki.org

The Government is very restrictive in this regard. Best regards Detlef Yep, the military junta is still in power after nearly a decade. If Asobo team needs official approval before getting some data, it will be complicated with Taiwan, Burma and Vietnam as well for various reason.

(and actually only holds for the continental US, Denali is higher) the premise is that there is some constraint that the sim needs one transition altitude for some reason. 18000 in the netherlands is ridiculous, 4000 in the US (or switzerland etc...) is dangerous. besides, aren't they talking about going to one transition altitude for europe? if they do, it will be closer to the US than UK/Netherlands.
May 28, 20224 yr 1. China 2. Korea 3. North Korea 4. Papua New Guinea (China is just a dream, it's too big of a job, and the government may not want to cooperate with data). We might never get a Chinese World Update. And sadly, for technical reasons, apparently never New Zealand. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
