Somehow JPL are able to implement a free working KAP140 while a top payware dev couldn't. "The Milviz 310R uses the default, MSFS KAP140 autopilot. With this said, issues do exist with the system that are in Microsoft/Asobo’s wheelhouse to address and are not fixable by us at Milviz" Now if only someone could fix the low vol IDENT it would be perfect. October 10, 20223 yr Anyone tried using the C310 checklist feature of the TDS GTN750? File found here on FS.to: TDS GTN 750Xi Procedures Checklist for Cessna 310R by Blackbird Simulations (Milviz) » Microsoft Flight Simulator I have installed it but won't get a chance to test it for another day or so. It is a pity though that the TDS GTN 750 can only hold one checklist at a time, meaning that once you have several aircraft fitted with the GTN, it becomes a pain to keep changing the checklist for the relevant aircraft, probably meaning I would no longer use it. I just installed the pms50 xtra WTT package for the 310R and in it says "This package comes with a more realistic KAP140 autopilot." Doing a flight now and seems to be nearly identical to the jpl from the 152. BUT with this one the knobs work with my x-touch + Spad. October 14, 20223 yr What is the exact procedure to use on the 310, when taking off, to get it to climb without it either leveling off, changing the set altitude or descending. Seems like everytime I try it it does something different. I set 4,000 feet as the initial altitude to climb to, I engage AP, then what should I press next. I think I have tried, Arm, UP key or VS. Pressing the AP will hold the current climb rate with wings level. There is no jerky movement when activating AP, it takes over smoothly, Then press the alt arm button (alt arm is then displayed on the screen). You will then continue to climb and capture selected Alt. You can then adjust the VS climb/ decent rate using the up/down buttons as required. After that you can then activate heading or nav mode as required. Oh, and the modded C152 is great as well!!! - - - - - Ads Kluczinsky Ads Kluczinsky
