For me I can afford the 75 Canadian dollars and I get to enjoy the latest stuff. I don't mind spending the money but I do understand. Some just don't have it and some just don't want it. X-Plane has been a good product in the past and I am glad they decided to update it, it needed it. X-Plane 12 can only get better from this point on. September 6, 20223 yr Well this youtube review started out with the sim looking good (interior cabin, rain affects). But without online graphics, the scenery around LAX later on was not so impressive. Its going to take a lot of downloaded scenery addons to make this sim shine, most likely. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. If you buy it now, you get XP 12 + XP 11, but XP 12 has some rough edges right now. If you have to ask this question, I would say that it's not worth the cost right now, check in a month or two.

You can try the demo for free and determine for yourself if it's worth it.
