September 19, 20223 yr My favorite airport is EDMV, located in Germany along the Danube in a town called Vilshofen. It's in a beautiful old world town with a castle on the hill and a modern bridge by the airport. The approach is along the river and a little challenging but very scenic. It's close to the Alps and just the right size. September 19, 20223 yr One of my favorites is CYCD Nanaimo (freeware) on Vancouver Island. Water, mountains, big city Vancouver all very close.
