Connection Dropped/Switched to Offline Mode?

Not only have I been experiencing the disconnection issue, but I also got a weird message saying that my bandwidth was not good enough for photogrammetry download...........in spite of having a 1GB fiber service running smoothly.

Something got wonky!

Dennis

This has been mentioned over and over and over. It's usually not the bandwidth on your end, but a server issue. Lots of people at the official forums are also reporting connection issues.

They really should change those error messages though. I wonder how many people are paying crazy ISP prices due to this...

For those still getting, like me, those annoying messages that have nothing to do with our own internet connections, one workaround that worked for me was to disable the online weather (and using a weather preset instead).

Now the 3rd flight in a row where I've been kicked into offline mode.

It's super annoying that I have to go in and turn photogrammy back on, which is a 5-7 minute wait while it applies the settings. It shouldn't turn it off to begin with.

Going to try my next flight with settings as low as possible. If that works, then I can probably just troubleshoot by turning things up one item at a time...

I love it when this message pops up every 30 seconds when you are on short final

Have had 3 connection warnings tonight as I fly around Toronto.  Not had them in quite awhile.  A bit annoying.  I do belief though that World / Sim updates should be downloaded from different servers to those that are used for streaming for customers who are flying.  Not sure if this is an issue causing issues with Asobo's servers and bandwidth.

Your settings don't affect it. I just got switch to offline mode with everything set to low or off. Bare minimum settings. This sucks.
