Get yours via purchase site.

Looks like the last one I downloaded last, how do you tell if it is the hotfix?

TBH Bob, I'm not sure- SWS doesn't bother to update the installer date... I got a SECOND update email this am... hence my post.  Just loading now to see if there really are any differences...

@A320_SX ALX could you please clarify?

The download page shows the date of purchase, not the version's date. The downloaded file is prefixed with the date of the build, the hotfix is 20221015, for 2022 October 15th.

The Amphibian must be up, e-mails are probably fanning out right now. The update process should be finished within the next 30-40 minutes for both.

I got an update on Contrail this morning for the Wheels version...

v1.3.3 Changelog:

-Modified panel.cfg so that the WTG1000 NXi is used by default

Activate manual override lever

Flight model modifications

Added delay in engine stress counter to avoid failures when MSFS begins overspeeding engines

Reduce engine replacement threshold to 2250h

Corrected typo for 1.4 and -10 degrees of prop pitch

Implemented beta range logic

Fixed bugs with engine age counter and failure system

Modified throttle lever code and re-animated

Changed LOD2 screens to use dynamic G1000 displays

Modified ITT peak temperature for startup

Added residual ITT simulation.  If you don't let the engines cool down after start, your ITT will start at that temperature and increase

Fixed logic in timers in failure & ITT logic so that they are consistent when MSFS downgrades the update rates

Fixed Ng redline limit in damage modelling

Reduced the number of AI Kodiaks to a total of 6, down from 20

Improved autopilot PIDs to better intercept localiser

I guess the usual install over the current version is fine?

Greetings, Chris

Any idea when the marketplace version will be updated? I know, I know, but I bought there when I only had an XBOX.

Flying the Kodiak Wheeled version now, and it seems fine.

No, when asked that question, Alex (the SWS developer) said to "burn" (his word) the previous version before installing the new version.

I forgot to do that this time, and I am flying now, so after I land I guess I will uninstall it and reinstall it, although it seems fine now.

Or wait until (if) you find a problem.

I'm curious- is the IAS on the ISFD/Standby ADI correctly displaying?  Not what I am used to....

Numbers look scrambled up, the 10's number is not in line with the other two. I was thinking that I had made a change months ago so that the Kodiak could use an asobo gauge instead of the Kodiak one for better FPS. I forgot how I did that, and if I should remove it now?

It's certainly not intuitive or what I'm used to seeing.... perhaps the SWS rep will stop by again and shed some light on this....
