Microsoft Flight Sim has doubled its players twice...

Featured Replies

Am I the only  one that thought that "MS Doubled It's Players Twice" is a pathetic claim? Doubled it's players twice since when? It has done it multiple times, from 2 to 8, again 6 to 24, again 24 to 96 etc. Am I overthinking this?

That‘s an interesting article. Thanks for posting. All the bugs and quirks may be annoying, but looking at the bigger picture I think it’s exactly this kind of visionary thinking that flight sim needed and that will drive it forward.

Kudos to them for keeping people interested and engaged in using the simulator. Many gamers these days have a short attention span, so it's nice to see frequent updates to keep things interesting and engaging (Looking at you Elite Dangerous!!)

All I took from that marketing interview was that an India WU is coming, awesome!

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

This project is a massive cash cow. Good for them!

Well, I don't have the patience for twitch action games that I once did, but I do dabble occasionally, and Gamepass rotates interesting ones into availability on a fairly regular basis.

Plus, even If I'm not using it, certainly family can, so overall its worth it. Certainly moreso than Netflix!

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.
