January 31, 20233 yr I don't think the weather update is to do with the beta - As it's been happening way before that was even out looking at the long thread on msfs forums. Vote to fix transparent sun visors having no effect on the sun glare effect in MSFS at: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/sun-shades-sun-visors-not-influencing-light-in-cockpit/691565/

In fact, I had no clouds at all, really. It's not the first time I have noticed this. I don't use the beta. Has nothing to do with beta. I’m not in the beta and get this bug. Reason I posted is maybe they want to include this bug fix if not server side only in the AAU1 update. Eric

You took the words right out of my mouth. I understand that there are still occasional bugs in the weather system. But I don't think this weather issue is caused, nor potentially cured, by an update to aircraft avionics. CJ4 is far better than the mod version as well. Make sure you remove all CJ4, TBM, Longitude & G3000 mods.... G Gary Davies aka "Gazzareth" Simming since 747 on the Acorn Electron

Direct import of SimBrief via aircraft is no longer possible in the CJ4, the TBM or the Longitude (TBM never had it tho). Now you just use the world map interface to get the SimBrief plan imported in your plane of choice. Edited January 31, 20233 yr by btacon

The tiny size I'm referring to is the Steam update itself, about 205MB, not the corresponding to the AAU. Did you note the size of the mandatory AAU download?. I'll update tomorrow anyway, don't have the time today 😪 Edited January 31, 20233 yr by edpatino Cheers, Ed MSFS2020 Steam // Rig: Corsair Graphite 760T Full Tower - ASUS MBoard Maximus XII Hero Z490 - CPU Intel i9-10900K - 64GB RAM - MSI RTX2080 Super 8GB - [1xNVMe M.2 1TB + 1xNVMe M.2 2TB (Samsung)] + [1xSSD 1TB + 1xSSD 2TB (Crucial)] + [1xSSD 1TB (Samsung)] + 1 HDD Seagate 2TB + 1 HDD Seagate External 4TB - Monitor LG 29UC97C UWHD Curved - PSU Corsair RM1000x // Thrustmaster FCS & MS XBOX Controllers

Seen some people reporting it as 600mb. No scenery so it's pretty small compared to the world updates. G Gary Davies aka "Gazzareth" Simming since 747 on the Acorn Electron
