So apparently it's available to everyone and not only for those who did have a subscription in the past. It's simply not advertised (when you go to the pricing page) and only available in your account (if yu don't yet have a subscription).

Outrageous really. 81.64 is what I was charged. Ridiculous amount (even if I put it on Budget for 12 months). That was on auto renewal. I think next year I will cancel it and live with what I have.
