I tried posting in the Fly Tampa Forums but was having an issue with their website.  So I'll post here on Avsim.  Last week Fly Tampa released update 1.9 for KLAS.  Now, the airline parking assignment which was fixed in update 1.7 is not working after updating to 1.9.  Does anyone know how to make it so that Airlines park at the correct gate? Was working before installed update 1.9.

Don’t know for your specific issue, but thank you for noticing me of Flytampa KLAS updates. I miss the notification from the editor.

If you use FSLTL, then it may make mistakes with the placement of aircraft in parking lots.

So you're saying they've removed the parking code assignments?

Does this update fix the glideslope issues with runway 26L?

After I updated to 1.9, the parking code assignments are not working. I use FSLTL and they were working after update 1.7. Now I have all airlines parked all over the airport. I have only departed klas since the latest update so have not tested the glideslope on the ILS 26L approach. Will make a flight into klas to see if there is any improvement with the glidespoe.

Thats annoying. If not done already I'd suggest a post on their forum. George did fix (albeit slowly) the lack of parking assignment codes at YSSY once before...

They are aware of it. There is a thread on their forums March 02 indicating it is fixed in an upcoming 1.8. I don't know if the 1.9 in this thread is a typo, or they did two updates.

I've been holding off buying it until it's fixed. I hope it is.

Billboard updates! Nice. I have the marketplace version 1.7.2 I think and have never had issues with 26L. Perfect for me unless I’m missing something. Always get the GS, and I have to say I’ve approached from PRINO a lot, a bunch from HOGOG as well with expected results. 

I HATE their update process. Never know when an update comes out. Thanks for the heads up!

This is my biggest frustration with all the markeplaces. You know I bought a scenery. You know there is an update. Why can't you email me there is an update?

And they make it even tougher, since you always have to paste your emailed key into the installer to get it to update the files...

I only will buy Flytampa on orbx because their communications are lacking in terms of the upgrade process.

I agree. KLAS wasn’t on Orbx for the longest time, and when I saw it on sale in the marketplace I grabbed it. Of course that is the same exact time KLAS showed up on Orbx. Going to pick up EKCH this week on Orbx, maybe some more while the sale is going on. 

just looked and realized this was one of the few recent FT ones that I bought straight from FT.  So I was two versions behind.  I don't know why it's such a struggle for them to find some way to notify their customers of updates.  Heck even a Facebook post would be something.
