I installed the new driver and switched to Dx12 for a try (I have had issues with it but I thought DX12 might be stable by now with the new driver, worth a try). And I get the same result you do if I'm in DirectX 12 : crash after a few minutes with irrelevant overclock message (my RTX4090 is underclocked at 80% power limit and perfectly stable in DX11). I only managed to do a full flight after switching back to DX11, so nothing new under the sun.
