Was kind of thinking the same. Stunning shots @filou

I have also fine experience with my currently installed XP11, especially in combination with the TruEarth packages from Orbx regarding scenery. I'm waiting to acquire XP12 until Orbx

is willing to adapt these scenery additions for 100%. And...a pity that not all already fine XP11-aircrafts are fully compatible for use in XP12. + the time to master both XP and MSFS.

Filou is know for hes excellent pics, i know him since XP11, even if tells you want hes using, yours or mines are not going to look the same 😂

I really want to become completely addicted to XP-12 but there is a lack of availability for study level, payware types of complex GA singles and twins such as: C210, C310, V35 and others. Arguably, it seems x-plane developers tend to favor the heavy-iron air carrier types. I watched a YouTube video the other day entitled "Top 15 Payware Aircraft for X-Plane 12"  with13 of the 15 selections being heavy types (e.g. A320, A340, MD11, B747, etc). The AFL B350 is impressive but it's a bit too much for what I'm looking for. I know Thranda has some popular entries but still looking for more variety. I was hopeful for a Flightsim Studio C421 but alas, it looks like the project has been abandoned.

Hmm.. that would suggest some filter in post to me to be honest.

4k resolution helps a lot and I just use ShadeX only contrast and sharpness. Both with very light adjustments so as not to de-mature the light rendering of XP12 which is already excellent. Just increase the effect.

ShadeX is like NVIDIA freestyle for MSFS.This allows you to transcribe the settings you could have made with your computer or TV screen.Because if you adjust the color, the brightness and the contrast of your screen or TV to the maximum for example, only you will be able to see the effects but you will not be able to share this modification with a screenshot.

I set my TV to standard color, contrast and brightness settings etc...and then I make the changes in color brightness contrasts with ShadeX and I'm pretty sure that what I see is what you'll see when I share my Shots.

I use Active Sky 12 , All USA (1.6 To)  with https://verticalsims.com/vorthos-2/ .

Thanks for the info. I'll have to look into ShadeX. My XP is a lot less contrasty and saturated. Your pics gave it a very real look and would like to achieve the same effect.
