August 6, 20232 yr I'm honestly thinking about going back to v4.5 Mainly due to addon compatibility from devs like MilViz, et al. Though I really enjoyed the perf enhancements in v5.x, I find myself pining for "fully supported" addons, and that dropped off sharply after v5.x...
August 6, 20232 yr I hear you. Look up Rogen on this site. What he’s done with 4.5 is amazing. He’d be a valuable resource given his success with that version.

August 7, 20232 yr So one month after the 6.0 release, most people never made the switch to 6.0 and for the few who did it, most of them are back to 5.4?
August 7, 20232 yr We know some have. For me, it's pointless from any perspective to attempt to make 6.0 look like 5.x unless you have a lot of free time and unlimited patience. There is little to no development for the platform. Maybe ORBX will pull a rabbit out of the hat but other than that..... As I've mentioned in another post, the pendulum never stops moving. P3D is not done and they're willing to wait. They have the time and the (our) money to do so.
