My last flight with the old version couple of days ago was into SimWings EDDH. I had shutters and it was not enjoyable at 20fps. Now I have 30-35fps at night time - that great! I tested without ai, but that an increase for sure!

I don't like the color of the autopilot panel, maybe it's just a thing I need get used to.  And the writing on the display are pretty small now on a 2K 27" monitor. That maybe all things I need to get used to after hunderts of hours on the fenix v1.

Otherwise I can't say anything, haven't done a flight yet and the real judgement I leave to the real pilots...

btw: What I noticed, they worked on the soundset....that just amazing!!!

Working on eliminating this issue, sent out some patches to affected users and will see what the results are. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Good work on clearing up that long list of glitches. One disappointment: I can't find an entry on the changelog that addresses the lack of panel save. Did I miss this, or is it impossible to implement given the hybrid nature of the add-on?

Hi all

Great job done!

Much smoother, just like silk.

Better framerates.

The displays are much more readable than before, very crispy and better to read, super done.
Especially for older pilots as I am (78jears)!

Please explain this to me. I don't recall seeing any qualifications on the expected performance improvements in the announcement.

Hmm... I think there may be something else in play here. My specs are almost identical and I'm get about 10 fps more with V2

I have a high end system also, I can see it's smoother, but with my test situation at KMIA rw27 at 12:00 clear skies I have around 100fps before and after.

Those getting lower FPS, have you tried the "Use CPU Rendering" option?

With this option unticked I get 10-20% less FPS than with the previous version of the Fenix, but with the option ticked I get roughly the same as before, maybe a little better.

Low end system here: 8700K, 1080TI.
