You'll also notice the previous Graphics/Displays options have been replaced with two checkboxes. Whilst these do have hover-over information, I thought I'd also cover it here:

- USE CPU RENDERING (SLOWER)
**What does it do?** Quite simply, this is the legacy method from .146 - in some edge cases, especially those with less than 3GB of VRAM or very old graphics cards, this legacy method can actually see a slight improvement in FPS.
**When should I use it?** We recommend not to use this method unless you're touching the minimum specs of MSFS.

- USE DISPLAY SYNCHRONISATION
**What does it do?** It forces the sim and our displays to 'sync' - think of it like v-sync but for our displays and sim. It means there's very minimal delay/lag between the data sent to the displays, and it appearing visually. It has a _slight_ FPS impact on some machines, and not everyone will need to enable it, so we've left it as an option.
**When should I use it?** If you see stuttering or delays in your displays, switch it on.

Well that's it then...

I have held off buying this since launch, and I am normally not a deep systems guy, but I will be purchasing this tonight, and the A319 / A321 expansion pack when it comes out.

Seems just too good to miss!

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

I got a 4090 about 4 months ago, it’s been the best piece of hardware I’ve ever purchased for my sim. I can get 70fps at KJFK on the 738 and it’s so smooth.

What is a number of AI planes in KJFK and vicinity? I bet it would be halved easily with 100-120 planes.

9950X3D, X870E ROG CROSSHAIR HERO, Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000, ASUS RTX 5070Ti 16GB, 9100 PRO 4TB Samsung ,990 PRO 4TB Samsung,  AX1600i 1600 Watt 80 Plus Titanium ATX, ASUS 360 ARGB EXTREME 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling Kit.

I think I might hold off on the update Discord is getting many issues with early installers.

I was a Boeing 737 man for the longest time. When MSFS 2020 was released I was so disappointed to learn it didn't come with one. I patiently waited for one to come along. I started with the FBWA320 and then switched to the Fenix when it became available. For me there is no going back. I think you'll enjoy it.

Did you do a clean install. Some are reporting on Discord, worse FPS than V1.

1600Z update

We're currently investigating a couple of high priority issues:

Black screens/MCDU
Unusually heavy Fenix App CPU usage causing display stutters and generally lower FPS than previous version

When we have more information we'll get back to you ASAP

If you have these issues please submit a ticket to www.fenixsim.com/support and attach your logs folder.

I'm also seeing a nice increase of 8-10 fps.

Yep, performance definitely improved and is now similar to the PMDG 737. Really happy with this update.
