Hi, I use my night lighting edits along with the forbidden reshade version 4.9.1 to get the lighting effect you see. My night lighting edits are online at X-Plane.to, however I'm still working on my latest reshade preset (the one you see in the video) that hasn't been uploaded just yet. I'm running three computers with no issue, so maybe I'm just lucky.
