I got fed up with there support group keeping pointing to there knowledge base like I did not know how to read. I could never get pass that registration window after multiple time of uninstalling and reinstalling. Finally, I contacted Paypal and voiced my complaint and got a refund. Now that I have other REX addons if a failure occurs on my SSD drive and lose MSFS 2020, I wonder if I will be able to reinstall the addons using their new REX Axis.

Maybe consider what I did?

I dumped Accuseason for Bijan Seasons for MSFS (available from Simmarket). 

You have to change seasons manually but I don't find that a big deal.

Today, for example, I simply deleted the textures for Late summer - early Fall from my community folder and pasted in Fall N - Spring S.

In a few weeks I will change that out for the Late Fall - Early Winter textures.

To me it looks great and no hassles with anything. 

I haven't needed support but I hear if support is need it is handled personally by the developer.

 Automation is activated Accuseason will close in 5 mins. Why does it want to do this when I use Automation ON? No explanation anywhere? It doesn't need to run after 5 minutes? or it's a bug? Cheers.

It doesn't need to run at all, once it has updated and previously, there were complaints that Accuseason did not close.
It is impossible to please everyone, whatever a developer does, someone will be unhappy.
I am so pleased that I am not one.

I had the same problems with the update that most people have posted - got to it this morning & unistalled both accuseasons - rebooted & reloaded the new one - now works fine(Xrosses fingers behind back)

i've managed it now , but the whole update was clunky and clumsy , come on REX its 2023 should be easier than this !

ROG Crossair Hero X670e , 9900X, TUF 4090 , X4 NVME's. OS  2TB 980 Pro , MSFS  2TB WD Black , Kington Fury 64GB ram ( 6000) Corsair RM1000 PSU, Artic Freezer iii 360 AIO  . Phanteks P600s Case ,TCL QM8B 50" 120 Hz  TV,second 24 inch screen for charts you tube etc, and 11" touch screen for the EFB. Warthog Stick and TCA Captains throttle ( full pack)  Velocity 1 Rudder Pedals , extreme3D for the Tiller,Streamdeck XL x2 / Streamdeck +/Streamdeck mini because i like pressing buttons

So I complained about the fact that the update was still not available on Orbx where many of us purchased from on their Discord server and guess what REX is doing now? Instead of addressing it, they are actively banning people from their server. This company is getting to Captain Sim level of shadiness. I would stay far away from them. Will never purchase a single thing from them again. Not worth the trouble.

In fact, if you follow all of the links on the Rex website, Accuseason Advanced is not available to purchase at any of their retailers yet.

I updated this even though I got it through ORBX. Just open the accuseason, download/install and add your transaction id and serial. Question is? I don't know how to uninstall the last version. Through ORBX? My PC doesn't recognize the old version in the remove programs function even though I can start the old app.....odd.

If it was installed using Orbx Central, use Orbx Central to uninstall it.

I got a refund for Accuseason Advance after complaining to them. Now I will propably not buy anything from REX since I lost confidence in there product installation.

Hang on, "shady" because you have to get your FREE update through their own platform (REX Axis) rather than your preferred store? That's hyperbole.

Shame you had to go for a refund, though I can understand why. 

The product is good, the update process/back-end licensing authentication has been poor.

well smarty pants me!!! tried to open it this morning & I got the dreaded automation mode & will close in 5 mins - went to the rex axis thingo & got the following

1. Start AccuSeason manually.
2. Click on the AccuSeason icon located in the system tray of Windows.
3. When AccuSeason starts, navigate to automation and disable.
 
so just how does one "start it manually'?
tried everything - but obviousy there is a secret squirrel way to open it - any help much appreciated to save me the pain of uninstalling it etc

well did that & got the dreaded 5 mins message again - so tried it again got no message & in the task it shows it is running but no icon in my tray - will go flying in a tic & see if it works in the actual sim
