I have all the information correct, and REX Axis even tells me I have an AccuSeason product registered, but not Advanced Edition, and it won't let me register my key.

Did you try and manually add the product advanced edition in your Rex account? That worked for me.

I purchase REX Accuseason Advance at the REX store on September 25th and  it is stuck at the registration process. I went to support and they kept referring me to the knowledge base. Nothing worked still stuck at the registration process license not valid. I finally got fed up and ask for a refund. They ask me to provide my order number so they can review my account. There message was read article 1007 and it say no refund. I have purchase other products from REX and never had any issues with the old method of registration. If I was the only one complaining I would understand but I am not. I am not impressed with there support service.

Me too! I've registred multiple times and got confirmations of correct registering. My account shows active and correct. Starting the app always wants me to register again, each time, and collapses.

This Rex registration process is really annoying and preventing from buying any further product!

Did you try deleting the "profile.json" file.  See below from REX.

Receive an error message at startup that your license is not valid.

SOLUTION:

Solution 1:

Please delete profile.json file located in the Documents/REX 7/REX AccuSeason Advanced Edition folder. Then try registering the product again using the right side of the application.

Solution 2:

Uninstall the whole program and remove any leftover folers as well as delete delete profile.json file located in the Documents/REX 7/REX AccuSeason Advanced Edition folder. Then reinstall the software.

Finally, use the right side of the application registration to register the product.

Hi fppilot

I tried many times your solution 1 and 2. This was suggested by REX support. It did not do anything and now it even worst, I do not have a profile.json file.

All my other REX products  work fine before this new registration method. Old saying if it aint broken don't fix it.

I think I saw sth very odd with my first flight after SU13.  I first d/l:ed REX files for today and went to fly in Brazil. When landing to SBBR I saw autumn red and yellow colours in trees and terrain. I thought it'd be spring-time below equator..

Wow... that actually worked, thanks. I guess it kinda makes sense but not sure why Advanced isn't adding itself (as all my other REX products added themselves apparently).

I tried to manually add the advanced edition in your Rex account and this message appeared. We are sorry we were not able to validate your account. Please contact or support team. If I look at all my product list REX AccuSeason Advanced Edition is already there.

Has this been mentioned already? Does the 'Set it and forget it' download silently in the background? I've not seen any evidence of life..so far.

Oh, just noticed it's weekly download. How long have we had it?

Ugh... they gave me the same advice and it's not working. The product was registered and working fine, and then they did something to reset the key, and it hasn't worked since.

This is infuriating!
