  • You can try this fix as a test... Go to your Official folder and locate Official\OneStore\workingtitle-instruments-garmin-gns\html_ui\Pages\VCockpit\Instruments\NavSystems\GPS\WT530 In this

  • I know, but with a nagging wife, and a five year old always wanting my attention, I like to save some time.. 🙂

  • I came here because I cant figure it out if its possible. Did a google search on it but couldnt find anything, only saw youtubers doing it manually…. Is it illegal to ask for help or something?….

Perhaps I'm missing something but since you actually own this aircraft isn't this something you can find out for yourself now?

What gps are you using?  Default GNS530?  I believe that one takes a MSFS flight plan.

Part of the fun is entering in the flight plan, approach, etc.

Hmmm - you may want to post over at the just flight forums then.  I never use the built in planner.

If you use TDS NXI or PM50 GTN750 you can import flight plan from simbrief

Ok thanks for the tip, but I prefer the gns530, the GTN750 is to fancy for me in this particular plane, like to keep it a lttle bit old 🙂

Fit yourself of course but also consider  all our fleet built in 70th and 80th retrofitted with Garmins 750/G5, Aspen evolution, Dynon Skyview or Avidyne 440. As you dial manually flight plan waypoints  in GNS530 you will understand why LOL

I still suck at using the 750. I have no issue with the flight plan but not sure about plan mode to view, activating the approach is not working quite right. The approach itself is fine but getting to the IAP is weird. Is there a really good YouTube video on key features?
