Has anyone noticed the subtle bouncing of the cargo doors when they open?  Pretty slick.

Thats pretty cool, saw this on a last flight.

cheers 😉

I can't ever get these 4K screens to post sharp.  Very annoying.

Anyhow, I love that we have B2.  The announcements work for me, the GSX integration is great, the visuals and sounds are mostly great.  However, I find that she still floats way too much when winds are high on landing.  The ground handling is like sliding on ice.  Ground handling was perfect before.  It's much harder to maintain centerline.  She loaded sunken in the ground for some reason.  I did get the "retard" callout multiple times on this landing (yes, Fenix is aware).  I do not like that the landing lights great a haze, which is something the A2A Comanche and HondaJet also do in any atmosphere.  I have not had my AP disconnect (using TCA Airbus controllers).  I've not had any freezes or performance problems.  The EFB icons disappear at times, but you can still access the apps.  I have had the EFB glitch out and essentially displace out of view, but it corrected after a few seconds.  In the grand scheme of things, once these bugs are addressed, it'll be rather perfect.  I'd like a different ground handling and less floaty FDE, but I know this might just be a subjective issue.

Exactly the same thoughts. Love all the addons but in real life the landings cannot be this floaty... Any upwards pressure on the sidestick risks a go around. I am using SDS with rudder damping. Need to try with SDS turned off, and maybe change the sensitivity settings from the recommended -20%. Captain Canada changed them to -30% but I was unable to see the rest of the stream to see what differences this made. I also agree about about the ground handling. B1 was way easier to taxi and handle on the ground, but this feels precarious. One false move and the aircraft is all over the place, feeling like you dont have control.

That is one of my favourite visual features.  But they had this on the previous version also.

I agree with you about landing, with CFM or IAE same little problem with the plane floating above the runway with throttle put on idle at 40ft before retard.

I think thw problem is that the nose down on flare mode need to be consistent. Instead, shortly after 30ft where it brings the nose down, it stops, while you still gradually pulling back.

It happens whenever the departure has a manual leg with a disconnect and then the 1st waypoint. I departed KORD 28R, flew to the required altitude, engaged the AP, and then used the Dir button to select PMPKN as the active waypoint.

I've probably flown hundreds of those in B1 (it's common in the US), following the exact same procedure you described, and never had the aircraft freeze or something. Must be something special on your configuration, sorry to say. That's probably why it's hard to reproduce on their side.

No changes here, 2x is still the max.

Thanks for checking, even if it is bad news. Guess I'll have to wait.

I like the new B2, all seems working good, just some stutters due to the 8K liveries (reduced at 47K now), unselected "display sync" and now it seems more fluid. The "roaring" owling background noise is still there, but lowering my subwoofer level alleviate the problem. No cab voices/messages.

Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2020 (she's here, but...).

I was hoping that B2 would correct the problem I had been having with B1 freezing, but I could only get 3 flights in before it happened again. And then it happened twice in a row. I stopped flying B1 after the latest update hoping B2 would fix it. I guess I need to go back to flying the 737s until this gets sorted. I'm extremely disappointed.

It happens whenever the departure has a manual leg with a disconnect and then the 1st waypoint. I departed KORD 28R, flew to the required altitude, engaged the AP, and then used the Dir button to select PMPKN as the active waypoint. Just after reaching cruise altitude, I gave everything a quick look to make sure it was all set for cruise and went into the kitchen to get a drink. While I'm in there, I hear the "... Spirit 1622 you are 500' below your assigned altitude. Climb and maintain flight level 320" message. Sure enough, I come back to find the airplane in a slow turn to the right and descending. The sim is running fine. The ground is moving, AI traffic is passing by, I can switch cameras and control them properly, but nothing in the airplane works. Buttons press, and knobs turn, but they have no impact on the airplane. My only option is nuking the flight. What a real bummer.

B1 would fly KLAX/24L OSHNN MISEN RNDRZ KLAS every single time with no problem. If the flight plan was KLAX/24L ORCKA MISEN RNDRZ KLAS it would freeze up every time. OSHNN has a full departure with all of the waypoints connected as part of the SID. ORCKA has an initial climb heading and altitude, then a manual leg, and then the next waypoint. Since I was now testing again, I chose to tempt fate with the ORCKA departure. I departed 24L, flew heading 251, crossed DLREY just below 3000', and maintained 251 for a bit and then used DIR to select KLIPR as the next waypoint. Just before reaching MISEN, completely frozen again.

I give up. I hope you all have a lot of fun flying your new toy.

Did you turn on automatic crash reporting?

Is it still not possible to use the Honeycomb Bravo Autopilot controls to change HDG, ALT etc?

Thought this was on the list to be implemented...

Ah, I think I've confused it with the FBW then....

I look forward to bug fixes because it is absolutely impossible to load the plane into the sim so that the EFB works .

Load tens of times and Fenix exe several times as well (as well as restart exe) and then maybe you will be able to load so you can fly. But if you change the A320 type or livery, everything starts all over again and it's very annoying to mess with it for hours before you can fly. Of course, this Annoucement doesn't work either!

The previous version B1 worked like clockwork, never had any problems, that's why B2 is a total disappointment, but hopefully it will be fixed, while you don't notice that other users have such problems, everyone seems to be very happy, I don't understand that.

Well, let's hope that it will be fixed so that things will start functioning normally for me too, until then I will leave this plane on hold, in the hangar.
