its shame none of them over the last 4 years couldnt of spent a couple of days fixing the 787,  what with all the revenue thats been made.

787 was vastly improved by Working Title last year. You should check it out.

Right, well he is saying it "probably" needs another week.. then he says "most likely" week the 7th.. but I don't see this as a hard promise, based on posts on devsupport from asobo I am expecting 2 beta drops at minimum and that would push it beyond 7th..

In all seriousness the amount of maybe - approximate - sometimes-pure hearsay that is regurgitated as definites and facts by just a few here is beginning to turn me off visiting so often.

There are lots of knowledgeable folk here but wading through the dross from the gossipers and zealots is sometimes tiresome

What the heck is going on here.  This is a delay of almost 2 months. Was originally planned for March 13th if I recall. Something is telling me all along that there is a crisis at Asobo Studio. And what about FSR 3?  If not this patch the next is 2025?   Not acceptable!

Look, it's set tentative the 7th and that's what we were discussing, of course it may change.......

I can live with another delay if they fix the "land bars" issue, and the Isle of Man.

According to Gary Summons (UK2000 developer) they seem to have resolved the issue with the "purple and lime green textures" on the Isle of Man

Crikey I stand corrected on that aspect, took them long enough though as that started with the UK & Ireland update.

It’s perfectly acceptable. They’re busy working on another project.

And yes, they said they’re going to try and add FSR3 to 2020 after 2024 releases

The only crisis that I see exists entirely in your mind.  Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy the sim as it exists today. Never been better IMO and MSFS 2024 looks to be another leap in functionality and performance.  All good things take time.

Don't mind him, he's always looking to ruffle someone's feathers, it is a habit, does the same thing over at the xplane forum.

The release was never going to be March 13th - the beta had just gotten started at that time! What “crises”? This is the last SU before MSFS 2024. They want to be sure it is as complete and bug free as possible.

FSR 3 isn’t going to come until MSFS 2024. Asobo has made that clear before. It will be back ported to MSFS 2020 after 2024 releases.

You don’t have to wait until May 7th if the delay is so “unacceptable” to you. You can join the beta easily and have SU15 today.

I am quite happy for them to take whatever time is needed because once that SU drops their teams will fully focus on 2024, so if there is some bug that slips through we may be stuck with it until January 2025 or until we adopt 2024, whenever that comes out.

I reckon it's CIA chemtrails that's slowly destroying Asobo's minds and causing this delay!  There's definitely something up!
