I've flown FS2020 since it was realeased. I've just checked my logbook and it says that I've accumulated 1 hour! All my entries have been deleted since early may. Is there a way to retrieve my flight time? (Not optimistic...)

Your logbook is saved in the cloud. Give it some time to sort itself out, might reappear. Could just be a glitch in the matrix.

I installed Add on linker about a year ago when I downloaded Misty Fjords. Haven't used it since. 

update your xbox app and xbox authenticator. Your log book is store on Azure cloud so if you don't have proper access to it you probably wont see anything

I am on PC, not on Xbox

Xbox app is not for XBOX console but for PC. Windows is using xbox app for authentication updates, data streaming and etc . You can find  you xbox update in "windows store library updates"

I would try the xbox app update as suggested by sd_flyer.

I just had an xbox app update in my microsoft store app.

I've updated the xbox app, to no avail. Bloody computers, one day they work, the next day they don't. I glad microsoft is not in charge of my bank account.

I gave up using the MSFS logbook about a year and a half ago.

When I actively flew IRL logbooks were required and were pen and ink.

Excel works great!  Been using it for years after combining logs from several flight simulators and versions from over all the years.  Why throw away or risk throwing away all your present and previous simulator history?  And you can format your logbook however you wish!  Mine is an Excel workbook (multiple tabs/sheets).  I have one that compiles hours by type, and another tab that compiles a list of the airports I have departed or arrived.  Create one as simple as  you like, or as sophisticated as you like.
