Yes, why not posting own screenies? 😉 So, here are 2 from me. In that plane (power glider, Scheibe SF 25 Falke) I had my first flying lesson. The scenery is also the airfield from back then (it was the first scenery I created - 18 years ago, thus the textures are low res).

BTW: for glider pilots smoke from chimneys is a good indicator from where the wind blows - in case they need to do an emergency landing on a field due to low thermals. And now ... jcomm will exult 😄: there's a scenery which adds smoke to chimneys worldwide for simheavens X-World (in case he uses X-World).

@uwespeed !!! That's great to have !!!

That scenery is very nice, and the Scheibe I believe is the VSkylabs one ? A friend has one, exact same model, but with different instrumentation (older than the one portrayed in the VSkylabs model).

I sometimes enable SimHeavens X-World, sometimes disable it for performance, specially if flying airliners at high alt 🙂

That's quite a coincidence. Just a few days ago I downloaded Daedalus, a world record holder in muscle-powered flying. It was flown from Crete to Santorini in 1988. On the download page there is also interesting information about the aeroplane and the flight itself.

Start in Crete (Iraklion)

I heard from another source that the pilot had to make an emergency landing about 30 metres into the sea off the beach in Perissa, but the world record was still recognised. The village in the picture below is Perissa.

Clouds look phantastic (the 'best ...' 😄) already now with the `Cloud Tweaks' lua-script. And I'm sure they will get even better with 12.2.0.
