A friend of mine has a similar system, he uses 1080p and sounds like it’s good. i know the 1440p puts me over the limit but i have a 1440p monitor and im kinda forced to stay at 1440. If there’s any way you could reduce some vram that would be great. Like I said, I don’t have vram issues at FB Denver. Oh absolutely, I'd never recommend dropping below native resolution (unless using something like DLSS, but that's a completely different topic). I've finished the patch and DMed you a copy. If anyone else is running low on VRAM with KDEN, please shoot me a DM or reach out via my site and I'll be happy to send you the download link On another note, I believe the update fixing the terrain issues on the north-west side of concourse A, and on taxiway ED, is now available on Orbx, so you should be able to simple update KDEN via your Orbx Central application, and you should be good to go.

I tested the texture resolution patch you DM'ed me and I would say it was very successful. My VRAM usage dropped by about 4 GB, performance is much more stable/fluid, and to be quite honest, I'm not sure I could even tell a difference with the visuals. I would highly recommend including this as an option to all customers - I know some devs package two sets and then provide instructions to change folder names around to be able to change which you are using. Also, just wanted to say, your customer service has been seriously excellent. The way you have been taking and applying feedback from here almost instantly and providing patches for various things on request is really impressive. Should you decide to continue making large airports at this quality I think you would soon be considered in that top tier of scenery devs. I can only echo what others have said - KATL and KDFW are two highly popular and completely untapped markets - would love to see your rendition of either.

Thank you! Really appreciate that :). Glad it worked well! I'll definitely be looking into if there's a better way (i.e. if Orbx can host alternate versions, not sure how that works with their installer). FWIW right now as you'll notice it's a OneDrive link, which is great for limited sharing, but isn't really meant for large scale public file hosting. And being 2 GB it is too large to host on my site, and likely on most other sites, hence why it's request only currently.
July 1, 20241 yr So far very impressed with Denver and it’s performance. I flew from Las Vegas to Denver and then flew Denver to Los Angeles zero impact on frame rates so far. Looking forward to seeing what winter ops look like at Denver. Will you have the deicing pads populated with trucks during the winter months? There won't be deicing trucks parked on taxiways statically, but if you own GSX Pro and have installed the profile, you should be able to receive deicing service on the deicing pads.

For me, I am running DX12, native frame gen, and at 4k which is like the triple whammy of "will destroy your VRAM", and even then the texture patch that was offered solved my problems. I think in most cases you will probably be fine, highly recommend purchasing and trying if you are thinking about it.
July 6, 20241 yr Hi All, I've just purchased this, from the gate looking around its magnificent. However, when pushing back I crashed due to a sharp drop on the taxi way making my aircraft hit its wing. Is this something else others have experienced or is this an issue on my end. I noticed the default one had a few areas like this but more towards the taxiways near a couple of the runways. This was around United concourse B this happened. Please let me know your thoughts.
