Ian not sure if you have Facebook but I reached out to WF scenery for an issue via Facebook that was completely different than the issue you have, but they were very responsive and I had my issue fixed quickly.

It was the frequency that had changed, not the identifier. All sorted now thanks to Herve's wonderful utility. 👏

Do you have an afcad file in VHHH's scenery folder with the 3 runways / connecting taxiways ..... VHHH_P5 or P4.bgl ?

Yes, VHHH_p5.bgl is there.

Not tried FB. I e-mailed them twice but got no answer.

I have the suspicion, there maybe leftovers from previous installations. Maybe it's time to control the scenery files. Sort them by name and look for missing ones and surplus files. I have a total of 33. The .off files are because of the selected options.

Also have a look at the file size, just in case you have something different.

Thank you so much. After deleting everything with VHHH in its name, I did a complete re-install and discovered the reason why it was not working, using your file list as a guide. The patch files were going into a folder with the same name as the files they were supposed to over-write but completely separate. Once I cut them and pasted into the correct folder, I now have 3 working runways.

The only remaining problem is that the sea next to the new runway appears to be sunken by about 2 metres.

At this stage, I am just happy to have a working airport.

On another matter entirely. I was looking at your site and have d/loaded the Miami afcad. However, there are just 4 file in the download and no instructions of what to do with them. Help!

Hi Ian, there is a readme inside the zip. I agree, the instructions are short. I zipped the files into the right path structure, so it's kind of self explaining, where they go to. I assume people can manually install scenery.

On my system the path for the scenery is F:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\LatinVFR\Miami_KMIAv5\Scenery for KMIA_ADEP5_RGM.bgl and KMIA_ADEP5_RGM_CVX.bgl (you may have it somewhere else)

The SODE file LatinVFR_KMIA.xml goes to C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml (That should be the same in your system)

The GSX file kmia-YS.ini is at C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX (if your userfiles are in drive C:)

First go to these folders and rename the original files to another ending, e.g. KMIA_ADEP5_RGM.bgl to KMIA_ADEP5_RGM.bgl.orig in case you want to revert to the original.

Correct, there is a readme but I cannot open it.

Thanks for the explanation.

Just started to install. I don't have KMIA_ADEP5_RGM.bgl and KMIA_ADEP5_RGM_CVX.bgl. Mine are called Adep4 not 5 but they are in the v5 folder. I will rename them anyway and put yours in.

A new problem, I cannot do anything with the files. I downloaded them but I cannot copy them. They seem dead.

Did you extract or unzip the files?

Sorry for the off-topic, but which Fokker is this one? Just Flight's or Benoît Gaurant? Looks interesting.
