April 18, 20251 yr Don't ask what I changed, i don't know it. After the startup from Chaseplane i can pan arount in the cockpit in a usable speed. After a few seconds moving around, the speed decreases rapidly and even begins to stutter. This way it is not possible to fly visual appraoches on runways. Also changing settings makes it work again and after a few moves, it becomes sluggish again. I reinstalled Chaseplane from ORBX. I reset all settings. I don't have Windows Game Mode enabled. I excluded both Chaseplane EXE files from AV Defender. I googled and found only results of Problems from 2017 to 2020, which did not help me further. Does anybody know what is causing this lag? April 18, 20251 yr Moderator Windows 11 update possibly? It did strange things with my GoFlight kit but ChasePlane wasn’t affected. If nothing else changed in your P3D setup it points to something external. Ray (Cheshire, England). Maybe I should rebuild it by Prepar3D.exe. Without Chaseplane the controls work like always in P3D. April 18, 20251 yr Moderator Have you tried selecting a different profile from the dropdown? That might reload your settings. Ray (Cheshire, England). Try loading a different aircraft profile. Alternatively, create a brand new one. Ray (Cheshire, England). April 18, 20251 yr I noticed the exact same problem come out of nowhere last weekend. I assume considering a few of us are having the issue that it has to do with some Windows update. Seems to be somewhat minimized if I place Chaseplane in the foreground.

Tried that, did not cure it. As one can see on the video, chaseplane works perfectly until something gets active. 4 minutes ago, DChockey08 said: I noticed the exact same problem come out of nowhere last weekend. Saw that too but I think it's only the effect you have changing the profile. The first 3 seconds it works fine, then the brakes set in. I'm on Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.3775 What have others with working Chaseplane? April 18, 20251 yr I am having the exact same problem as OP. I uninstalled Chaseplane yesterday and had no sluggish camera movement using the default camera system. Reinstalled Chaseplane, and the issue returned. So I am confident that this is a Chaseplane issue and likely a Windows 11 update causing it. But no idea how to fix it... Orman

Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.3775 So that would suggest it's not a Windows update. I haven't changed anything and CP operates as normal. Try Recheck Configuration Files on the General tab.
