do have a win10 laptop lying around that would be able to run charts etc. no problem. Or perhaps I could pick up a tablet to use as a form of EFB...

A single WideServer licence allows you to use WideClient on as many computers as you want. I also use my iPad to run the Concorde INS.

In an ideal world we would get a hotfix but as it seems that isn't going to happen it may just be another "legacy software" quirk to put up with.

I reported the ChasePlane problem on the Windows11 forum several months ago. Others said they were also affected. Microsoft never commented. It’s one of those actions I have to do for every session. After a while it becomes the norm and is a small price to pay to keep CP useful.

For what it’s worth I’ve posted the problem in the Microsoft Windows forum. Hopefully someone will respond with a permanent solution. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_11-

As an update to the above, having Chaseplane default to 'always on top' then applying the workaround does the trick - means I can switch between different windows without any issues (chaseplane can then be hidden in a corner on the second monitor where it won't take up too much space).

How very odd! Just shows that what works for one, may not work for all. On my system running W11 25H2, and P3D 5.4, I have a second monitor for maps, Super Traffic Board and SmartCars. All the other programs (CP, AS etc.) are minimised on the main screen and do not interfere but are readily available if needed.

Not to completely change the subject, but what AI program are you using in conjunction with super traffic board?

Not specifically for STB but I use AIG.
