I am really warming up to MSFS 2024...

Featured Replies

I have Fauna at Off, and even Boats are something I only enable when flying GA for sightseeing or the like.

Most of the use I give to FS 2024 is flying airliners, now with the modded Kingair 350i I was able to transfer from FS 2020 maybe I'll start using that one too.

I started playing with the Career Mode but since I got into "Flighting" beta I gave up on it, and I honestly don't know if I'll get back to playing Career. I see the potential for some users but for me with the emphasis in learning to fly airliners I think it's a waste of time.

I have to try to revisit gliders in MSFS with FS 2024, maybe even trying to join "Sim Soaring Club" in some tasks...

I can't Bert, i like to configure everything from zero. I take around 20min to bring an airliner to taxi, and i really enjoy that.

What is the problem clicking Shift-C.  Is it really a big issue?

I'm not going to try the career mode until there are high level third party planes, that's for me what limits the career mode for users like me, for the moment I'm still with Air Hauler.

Some simmer friends have along the years tempted me to get into something in that line - Air Hauler - but my biggest problem is the lack of time in front of the sim PC.

Even Condorsoaring 3 is seldom used because a task in soaring can take long.

To be honest, the thought of seeing flying or spinning AI ships is yet another reason why I am happy to stick with MSFS 2020 at the moment. The GAIST addon works superbly in MSFS 2020, and I really enjoy seeing those detailed models whenever I am near open water.

You might want to check on that....I personally haven't seen spinnies in recent months.  If it's still a thing someone will be along to tell me I'm sure.
