June 25, 2025Jun 25 Does it still have that odd fmc bug where if you modify something on it, it clears out the speed restrictions (ex 240 kts below 10k) afterwards?

Can't say I've seen this. There is an item bugged for the next update that will delete a descent transition speed if you modify cruise speed, but I've never known of an issue where it would delete an actual restriction. Ah interesting. Yea I bought up on their support system and they said that it has already been reported and they were looking into it.
June 27, 2025Jun 27 Ok cool, guess I've just not hit the right circumstances. It's funny how specific bugs are, how they affect one person but not another. Sure glad it's not my job to track this stuff down! Must be frustrating sometimes. Andrew Crowley
June 27, 2025Jun 27 Talking about fancy FMC B737 variants, I learned from the iFly Aircraft Systems menu in the EFB that there's am option for Alt Intv not deleting the altitude constraints ahead of it? Didn't know this was even an option in the real thing and always assumed the standard was that Alt Intv forgets about every Alt rectriction from there on... June 27, 2025Jun 27 At least in our airplanes, altitude intervention only deletes the next restriction, if you're in a phase of flight where that's what it does. (It's a situational button; there are times it doesn't delete any restrictions but just starts a descent, for instance. I know you know that.). But yeah, it only deletes one restriction at a time. I think the option in the EFB is about preventing it from deleting any altitude restriction on an approach procedure. I can see the value of this and I'm not actually sure what our fleet would do in that case as I've never tried it. I do appreciate the options iFly included though. You can disable VNAV ALT and - hallelujah! - IAN mode haha. Andrew Crowley
June 27, 2025Jun 27 Is the VSD functional in MS2024? I tried it on the RyanAir Variants I flew so far and it doesn't work.

Are you following the instructions to install it on the flightsim.to page? You also have to add the configurations files to the iFly Work folder as well as copying the texture folders.
