(I mean the concept seems simple, I understand that the actual coding is not lol). I would vote against any kind of floating button on screen as a toggle, unless there can be an option to hide it, since the whole point is to not clutter the display of the simulator with any UI elements. Just my preference though, I understand how others could feel differently. Either way, thanks much for this mod. Hey @Stearmandriver, thanks for the nice complements! Really appreciate it! I'm also not a fan of the floating button idea... and precisely for the same reason you mentioned: the point of this is to declutter the main window and to improve immersion! Glad you are enjoying it. Enrique Vaamonde
October 25, 2025Oct 25 Author Hey guys, I uploaded version 1.0.1 which makes it possible to change the key combination, for those of you with possible keybinding issues. Same download link as in the original post. Hope this helps! Enrique Vaamonde
October 25, 2025Oct 25 Hello, Thank you very much for this mod. For my part, it doesn't work with MSFS 2020. If this is confirmed, perhaps change the topic title to "MSFS 2024 - Toolbar Mod." Config : AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - MSI PRO B850-S WIFI6E - RAM G.Skill 2 x 32 Go DDR5 6000 MHz CL30 - MSI GeForce RTX 5080 16G VENTUS 3X OC PLUS - 2 WQHD (2560x1440) screens and only one of which is for MSFS

One thing that kept me off from moving over to 2024 full time was the inability to hide the menu completely like you can with Flow by Parallel 42 in 2020. This is great - thank you for your contribution!

I got a bit tired of waiting for Flow to come to MSFS 2024 and decided to do this to reduce the frustration with the ugly bar 🤣. Enrique Vaamonde
October 26, 2025Oct 26 Gracias, brilliant little mod! I didn't try it when the key assignment was fixed, as I use that key, linked to hardware. But now that we can change that assigned key this is fantastic.
