The Asobo/Gaya LFPG has named taxiways.

The only Asobo/Gaya airports I recall with missing taxiway names are KATL and LPFR

Yes true, it was KATL I was thinking about.

Everyone is forgetting that Aerosoft is creating LFPG; their Oslo, Brussels, and Frankfurt airports are outstanding.

Why do one demanding airport when you can do two at the same time?

Madness lol.

LFPG certainly needs to be a top class product for me to be interested. If Jo Erlend Sund is involved in the Aerosoft version of LFPG, then consider my credit card armed and ready.

The performance on their Baku scenery wasnt that impressive.

Hopefully they have improved since, because if not, the LFPG will be very tough on your system.

Also Riyadh and Baghdad.. worst purchases of my life and now they’re creating LFPG and EHAM! Good luck running those sceneries with at least 5 FPS

Not to mention their atrocious optimization.. i’m sure that everyone going to be running their sceneries like slideshows.

@evaamo thanks mate for the info. Very very sad.

My understanding is that initially there was 3 developers who announced LFPG:

  • Azrsim

  • PESIM

  • Aerosoft

Now Aerosoft is withdrawing and highlights that there are still 2 developers in the course: PESIM and Azrsim.

All is not lost.

I wish sometimes in the future Aerosoft comes back because their EDDF is really impressive.

I have some little hope for PESIM. It's a french dev and their smaller aiports are okay/good.

Pilot Experience Sim, a team of local French developpers, are working on it, seems they already got plenty of access to do their onsite surveys and photos

Whatever LFPG you buy, don't buy the Azrsim one. All of their airports - like every single one - are broken in almost every possible way, except the visuals. Or to put it better: It's visuals only. The scenery data is broken, the performance is non existing (they don't use a single LOD) etc.
And the worst of all - you tell them that and they say "sure we'll do an update!" and instead they release 5 more airports with exactly the same problems, OEJN being the most recent and even worst of all. There is absolutely no progress of any kind with them.
