I can not sign in to my account at Simmarket.

I am a Simmarket customer for a long time. But, suddenly I can't sign in to my account at Simmarket tonight dt. 05 Mar 2026. I tried to reset password. But it does not work. Please help me. My mail is: (hidden by moderator)

Try to use a VPN to see if it solves the issue. "Put" yourself (I mean your IP address) in a place in Europe or in the US.

Are using the app or website? You can always submit a trouble ticket to their support staff.

when you get to the web page and press login  there  is  a forgotten password option in blue

I would check and see if Windows defender is blocking your access. You can always white list the Sim Maret app and see if that's what's blocking your access. You don't need to sign into your account to submit a trouble ticket. I took a break from flight sim for a few years and when I returned, I had to contact them to reactivate my account with a new email and password. I sent them a support ticket request and they responded back within 24 hours and reactivated all my software downloads with new login credentials.

I don't think Windows Defender can interfere in any way with the login window of an internet browser. At maximum, I'd suspect a browser plugin, eventually.

Haseen, at first I'd recommend you to edit your initial message to remove your email address, to avoid it from being used as a target for spam and other attacks.

Then, concerning your simmarket login issue, do you get any kind of specific error ? Is it telling you "incorrect password" or nothing happens ? If the password reset didn't work, then it means that either the yahoo domain has been blocked by Simmarket, or that you are not specifying the correct email address corresponding to your account, then Simmarket will not send the password reset email. 

Also, ensure you double-check your spam folder. It happened to me quite a few times that a password-reset email landed directly in the spam folder without me noticing 😄

I have no problem signing into my Simmarket account on their web page or accessing my Simmarket account through the desktop app. This suggests to me that the problem is with your PC, maybe a Windows setting or perhaps with your AV or firewall,  or maybe with your local server, something that's preventing the Simmarket sign in page from reading what you type. 

Are you able to log in to your accounts with other companies? 

You could try e-mailing Simmarket directly at: [email protected]  ,but if the problem is a setting on your PC, I don't know if they will be able to help you much.

If you have a VPN installed, then turn that off. If you are trying on your desktop computer, then try on another browser, such as a web browser on a phone. Or a friend's desktop computer or laptop. The problem is probably not your Simmarket account, the problem is computer related.
