Is it going to be released today? I wonder if it will be in the range of 20 dollars (or even free for 2020 owner). 

If today is Monday May 4 th, doubtful. I heard it was tomorrow. We shall see.

Yes, it will be a free upgrade if you own the 2020 version.

They did say it was going to be Tuesday this week but until it releases there could always be another delay. It was originally supposed to release with SU5 so there must have been some issue that delayed it.

The updates will be free for people who own it already.

I hope AAU4 addresses at least some of the issues right across the default fleet rather than just gives updated access to a few local legends etc. 

I hope it will correct many things too. Good thing is that this native MSFS 2024 ATR version will probably attract painters to do 2024 compatible liveries which are missing at the moment...

There were lots of fixes to other aircraft included in SU5 and the new Avidyne avionics were also released so I am just expecting the new 2024 versions of the five FF/LL aircraft. Maybe if there were other fixes that didn't make SU5 they will be included but I doubt there will be much outside the five main releases.

I am also assuming that the 5 upgraded aircraft will be launched on the marketplace as well.

It's only touching the aircraft mentioned in the announcement.

Default aircraft updates mostly come with Sim Updates. SU4 and SU5 for example both had a bunch of default aircraft updates.

Three local legends, one famous flyer and one expert series. None of which I would want, so I'm hoping there is more than the above and the new Avidyne 550/540. I guess we will find out soon. 

AAU5 is supposed to drop in June and will focus on American made aircraft because of FSExpo

Hoping for a complete overhaul of the 707 lol

You're probably going to be disappointed, because they talked about AAU4 in the last Dev Q&A and didn't mention anything else.

Still no aau4 that was supposed to release today.
