Of course not. What I was trying to say is that these are more different than just the technology used. They are physically very different light arrays with a very different appearance. That said, I see that there is a livery - specific issue, especially in outside views? I don't spend time in outside views in the sim, so I've probably never noticed what you're seeing. From in the cockpit though, at least on the livery I use, yeah the beacon and strobes look realistic to a Max. It's a significantly different look than the older style lights on the NG.

Of course yes, you’re mistakenly confusing a porting issue in FS24 with a problem related to LED or incandescent light lamps. As I mentioned in my previous message, the developers are aware of the issue.

Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).

This comment doesn't really make sense. SP1 was never going to be native 2024. That was communicated very clearly on the roadmap after initial release. SP1 first, native 2024 next, Max9 and furthe

  • Very happy with this SP1. EFB awesome. Hand flies very nice. Systems seem spot on. Performance really good too. My new Boeing favourite.

  • That could be one of the many problems....some users mention they've done it, other's have not mentioned if they did. The bottom line is that iFly and Flight1 are keenly aware of the performance issue

I'm disappointed you can't change an engine in the hangar, it really lets the engineers down. I hope this feature is on their roadmap.

Joking (I think...)

In the cubby on the wall of the cockpit near the floor, outboard of your seat. There's a stowage pocket there for them.

LOL, I never would have found them. Thank you. Love the way they can be adjusted in multiple different angles. Very nice attention to detail.

An installation guide doesn't magically add missing features like CPDLC or fix officially documented experimental build issues. Glad you're happy with your 'fetures', but personal satisfaction doesn't change the reality of an incomplete service pack.

Have another read over your original post mate.

Have the best day

Sir if you're having all these issues why not post your complaints on Flight 1 discord for help. why come on a public forum and blast your hate and accusations about the SP1 update being a joke. Are you looking for some kind of affirmation from people to start pilling on how you feel?

It is strange that this person seemingly created an AVSim account solely to bash this plane. It's almost like too many good things were being said about the iFly and they wanted to bash it a bit for the "algorithm". Anyways, I'll leave those conspiracy theories at the door.

Can you save panel states in the new version? Thanks

Is it just me, or does this update kind of suck?

I also noticed the weird VNAV behavior as well as GS hunting on approach. Also felt terrible when hand flying on approach. Turbulence set to Low and the wind was only 10 knots.

I experienced weird flight dynamics last summer but that was in extreme conditions - 40C weather in Las Vegas with 30 knot winds. Never experienced this before in the iFly in normal conditions.

This was after loading up the plane a second time after first loading in just to take a look at the plane without flying it. I even rebooted the PC in between.

I reinstalled and also used the correct Simbrief profile. I believe that was my issue since I was using the 178 seat profile but the livery I was using was for the 189 seat layout.

Anyways, hand flying is perfect now. No more issues on that front.

MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.

Just had a perfect flight on the MAX, KBWI into the Orbx KATL. Beautiful sunset, long line of planes on the approach with me (BATC was working fine for once) and I greased the landing. At times I'm in awe of how amazing this sim has become (I go back to the dark ages of FSX).

Sorry, this is OT, I'll let you guys get back to slagging iFly (J/K).

Well I tried and pretty sure I uninstalled everything properly but I have the worst performance out of any aircraft in this sim even worse that the FBW A380. Shame.
