For the high resolution panel textures replace the line in the aircraft.cfg for each livery (of both 787-8 and 787-9) to read panel=hires By default (or after installing a livery) this line reads panel= withour the "hires" word and therefore does not use tne high resolution cockpit textures.

Tahnks Rudt y for the suggestion. I fiddle with those numbers but was not able to find acceptable numbers (I do have now 1.40 for Ambient sunlight). When you say 2.50/2.50 is for the first options of the VC lighting parameters, i.e, Ambient sunlight and Diffuse sunlight?

Hi Gerard, I'm using your all month package as I love them except for one (not little) thing: though the outside scenery is very good, all virtual cockpits are too dark. Following your recommendation I increases the Ambient sunlight to a higher value (as much as 2!) but even so I prefer the VC looking without using PTA! That is a pity because the outside landscape without PTA is bad! Do you have any suggestions I can try to make VC lighter? Many thanks!

Confirm that you insert the total fuel on board (not the trip fuel!) on the FMS´s PERF INIT page.

I am enjoying the Maddox...again...it is certainly one of the most sophisticated FS addons! I am having trouble with EzDok (cannot get or create outside views and zoom does not stick within each view - I did unselect "Enable built in 3D view select panel" in the Manager&Setup control panel). And with the ground power I cannot get rid of it once APU is running. I get good fps. Any suggestions? Thanks

Got the same....but before uninstall the old scenery 4.1 I did a repair and then it uninstalled ok!

Jo, Did you performed a full install or just the client? Please note that there are changes in the three components and therefore a full installation would be required for a total update.

...well, the Release Notes explains... "The following list of updates has been categorized based on the installer required. The Client installer is required for Prepar3D v4.2, however the Content, Scenery, and SDK installers are optional. You must first have Prepar3D v4 installed to utilize the Client only installer. To install the Prepar3D v4.2 Client, you must first uninstall the previous Prepar3D v4.0/v4.1 Client through Programs and Features in Windows Control Panel."

Does 4.2 requires a full installation or just the client?

It is now available a wonderful freeware new version of the Cessna U206 Turbine mark 1 for P3D4 (and older) as well as for FSX - see announcement here: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php/109190-Cessna-U206G-Soloy-Mark-1-V3-0-available?p=1123988#post1123988 It comes with a predefinition of the F1 GTN750 but I only have the RXP version for P3D4. If anyone has replaced the F1 for the RXP GTN750 in P3D4 can he/she please post here the relevant parts of the panel.cfg of the Cessna U206? Thanks
