Glenn, I believe the 900 is an expansion pack that requires the 700 as a base pack. If I am correct (not 100% sure) it is a good opportunity to get the 700 package now .

I agree - perfomancewise MSFS improved a lot with latest update. Before, I could hear the GPU fans of my 2080 8 GB graphics card fighting against its temperatures around 82C - now, they are stable around 55C. An incredible job by Asobo!

I have an annoying situation that I have not been able to solve. When in MSFS I change a cockpit view, the instrument autoselect checks on and... I don´t like it! How can I disable permanently the instrument autoselect option? I can disable it in cameras, but it comes back when I select the next instrument view. Thanks

I follow this thread with interest and concerning...I hate the new colors that came with SU5 and did change the UserCfg.opt as suggested above and I liked the outcome - colors ane now much to my liking. Is this procedure the correct way to change the simulator colors?

Rob, I changed the UserCfg.opt for getting rid of the washed (terrible!) colors (EyeAdaptation and ColorGrading from 1 to 0). I did made that file read only. Do you think I can insert the Preset Custom entry you mentioned with these changes avoiding therefore the read only file attributes? Thanks! -

With the latest update all buttons now have a description and a blue square around every button - how can I get rid of these new features? I cannot press the buttons in the FBW A320... Thanks

Go ahead! It gives good framerates and it is a superb aircraft! I hardly used it in P3D but in MSFS is one of my favourites.

What is the "checker"? I have a 10700k CPU in an ASUS Mobo PRIME Z490-P - is this OK to install Windows 11?
