    Do you mean the aircraft maintenance manual? I can't see PMDG including one of those if that's what you're asking.

    I haven't tried removing coualt completely, but I've had the CTD without using GSX.

    The support portal wasn't working? You have to create an account (it's a separate account from your PMDG store account). Do that and login and then you'll see a tickets icon. Click the tickets icon and you'll be able to start a ticket to communicate with PMDG support directly.

    Unfortunately, I'm not a mind reader so I can't possibly know if the person I responded to is aware of the PMDG support portal. They stated they were having problems with a PMDG product and I was pointing them to the one place they can get guaranteed help at the moment.

    6700K @ 4.5, 1080ti. P3Dv4.2, KSFO 28L. FPS was dropping from 40ish down to 11-12 with the lights on, compared to the low 20s with the PMDG and FSL aircraft with their lights on. Not at home so I can't post pictures of my settings, but they are lower than what Bentree_ is using.

    After a quick test the external lighting is an FPS killer for me. Much worse with lights on than the PMDG birds and the FSL A320. FPS without the lights on seemed good so that's nice at least. I'll need to do more testing after work to get a real feel for things. Hopefully others will share their experiences with the lighting.

    Yes, but it seems the servers are struggling to keep up. At least everything should be sorted by the time I get home.

    Do you own the 747 for P3D? This is only an update for the P3D 747, so if you don't own it, you won't see the update.

    Seems like the pricing they posted before was too high. Looks like it's €70 + VAT for P3Dv4. I'm still unsure if that includes the €5 discount, but I guess we'll see.

    I'd have no problem testing over days, but part of the problem is that even those of us who get the crash, don't necessarily get it 100% of the time. I had a CTD in essentially the same spot three straight flights using the flight plan I posted a week or two ago. Then I followed that up by two flights with no issues. Frustrating to say the least.

    I'm clarifying so people who may see your original post don't get confused. The way you worded it makes it sound like everyone needs FSUIPC, which isn't the case.

    This is correct, no current PMDG products require FSUIPC, I've never installed FSUIPC in P3Dv4, and the only reason I use it in FSX and P3Dv3 is for VAS testing.
