    iniBuilds is MSFS only. Aerosoft from SimMarket is the only P3D one that's even remotely up-to-date, as UK2000 is showing its age now.

    I'm having a little trouble with the path to AIG liveries. They are outside of the sim "D:\MSFS\Addons\Utilities\AIG\aig-aitraffic-oci-beta\SimObjects\Airplanes", and this is what I'm putting in the parameters.xml. It's not working though. I have automatic scan off. I'm the first to admit that I'm not always very bright when it comes to xml stuff anyway. Should that path work, or is it me? Rob

    I find the PFD/Nav etc very dark sometimes, even with all the lighting turned right up. almost unreadable. Maybe there's a connection.

    I've had MSFS from day one. Today, I have finally understood how to assign views. It's taken a while (!) but I cannot tell you how happy it makes me. Silly post I know, but I just had to tell someone😃. Rob

    Nice to meet another one:) Yes, that was the answer. In my ignorance I was only half aware of the new system. Thought I'd tried every combination of left click/right click/button, but no. Very much obliged to you😃.

    In fact, no inner buttons that need to be pressed to change function work eg changing frequency COM to V/LOC, the selector remains on COM. With the ADF, the inner knob needs to be pushed in order to select the decimal. I'm using the middle mouse button. Tried the usual things, reinstalling MSFS/Google etc. This is with all aircraft, default and payware (JF PA28). Not had the problem until about a month ago. It might be me of course, but I'm at a loss. Rob

    It will auto-update as soon as you load. It checks for updates every time, as does the download version.

    I seem to remember that you rotate the bezel so your required heading is at the top and fly so that the needle is always pointing north ie between the two parallel lines .It's a bit counter-intuitive but works. Not all developers model the P4 (?) compass correctly though. It takes some practice to master it.

    I'll leave it as it is for now as there is some kind of progress. Very odd though. Thanks for your suggestions. If I ever find out what it's all about I'll let you know.

    .ini deleted (three times now), and I have live traffic landing and taking off, but not taxying to or from the runway; No live ground traffic. I'm at EGKK, so plenty of movements. Can't help thinking that all this is self-inflicted:(

    EGLL/UK2000 sorted, thanks. What I have is a lot of ground traffic, but looking at the in-sim drop-down list, all the a/c are on the ground, nothing airborne. I have also done a complete reinstall of PSXseecon and Real Traffic. RT is showing a lot of traffic around EGLL.
