Cannot installa 737ngx on p3d v3
Hi guys, i'm encountering a strange problem: I unistalled 737ngx from p3d and whan i tried to reinstall i get an error "outdated version of prepar3d, install at least version 2.2" I've the v3 installed and no other versioins! Any idea?

PMDG 777 is out for P3D!
Guys come on... 83 dollars?! I've already purchased it for FSx. A discount for the people who has purchased it for FSx is a must. PMDG is not fair. The only thing they have changed is a DLL.... Really disgusting.

Clouds kill FPS in 2.3
I had some time yesterday to try the new "tweaks" suggested like the volumize one but no luck.... The flight experience is not smooth and too many textures are used to render the clouds! Something strange has been done by Lockheed as the clouds now turns sometimes as they are in front of you becoming thin peaces of paper. Every cloud is now made by a lot more textures as done in previous versions as you can see layers doubled, very near to each other but misaligned just by a few pixels. My rig is a i5 at 4.4 , gtx 760 with 4gb of VRAM and 8gb ram 1600 Too weak?! I had some time yesterday to try the new "tweaks" suggested like the volumize one but no luck.... Well, the most interesting new things in prepar3d are the volumetric fog, cloud shadows, auto gen management ,HDR and dx11. We do not have any addon natively developed for dx11. Also the new aerosoft Airbus a318/319 is made for fsx and no dx11 api has been used. Fsx-p3d v2.3 same files-fps hit Coming from fsx there's no deal switching from it to prepar3d v2.3 if I have to disable all of the new things in order to have a good frame rate

I guess it's a matter of how clouds are rendered in p3d v2.3. I use medium cloud coverage and it is a problem if I find an overcast or bad weather situation. The worst situation is experienced when passing through clouds with a conservative anti alias too. My settings are no ssga, 4x antialias and 4x anisotropic. Too many clouds textures are injected in the sky. This are my two cents. I5 at 4.4 Gtx 760 4tb 8gb ram ddr3 1600 Win 7 64 bit

I've the same problem.... entering clouds and boom! Drops in fps as if i had a 1990 pc! No Nvidia Inspector profile (deleted from inspector) Rex 4 clouds, refreshed the p3d shaders, no FXAA, MSAA 4 samples Anisotropic 8x. I've made try and even if i try with MSAA "none" and anisotropic to trilinear the result is the same. There's something wrong with the clouds no matter shadows are turned on or of. The only thing that resolves the issue is haveing no 3d clouds. I'll try reinstalling my video card drivers!

Dynamic head movement causes the airplanes to have diffucults in tunrs
Hi! I've experienced a problem with Dynamic head movements. When active and actually bumping the cockpit in flight i've noticed that autopilot has difficulties in turning the aircraft. It banks but it remains on the same heading. This happens with the PMDG 737,PMDG777, aerosoft Airbus Extended and Twin Otter Extended. I mean, this are the aircraft I commonly fly with so I've noticed this using them. Any idea?

Out Of Memory
The only way to see the ral amount of VAS used is getting a software called processexplorer wich can be downloaded here http://download.sysinternals.com/files/ProcessExplorer.zip Open it and right click on the Process tab, select "Select columns" than hit the tab "process memory" and pin "Virtual Size". This is the famous vas we are all talking about. At default LIRF my vas usage is 2.873.584 with the 777 and 50% of UT2 traffic. If you guys from PMDG want me to lower my settings in order to be able to use the 777 you are on asking me too much. LOD is 4.5, autogen at dense and textures 1024. As I'm writeing this post the Virtual memory size has grown to 2.899.160! That means that if i fly from LIRF to UK2000 Heathrow I'll definitely have an OOM. This is just not acceptable. I've red what you wrote on your manual about OOM but telling me that it's just a limit of the 32Bit FSX sounds like an excuse to me. You knew the limit and you should have dealt with it. We all hope that you will find a way to fix the problem as you have always done and as we expect from such a professional team. By the way the bird is gorgeous! Keep up the good work Randazzo's boys! Disableing the IVAO MTL texture took me at 2.350.000 of VAS in Aerosoft Venice X with all the sceneries activated and in the 777 PMDG!

Guys hi! I'm haveing the same problem... OOM! My VAS after launching FSx in Aerosoft Venice X is 1.650.000 No AI traffic, 4.5 LOD, HIGHMEMFIX APPLIED then i load pmdg 777 and 2.530.000 That means it takes more than 880MB of Vas, a 100MB more then the 737 NGX or so according to my measurements. Now I've disabled almost all of the addon sceneries i have and far from from my current location and i read a VAS of 2.420.000 . No appreciable decrease of memory usage... my system is FSX AP Win7 64bit 8gb RAM GTX 570 1,5 GB i5 2550K @ 4.2 Any idea?

anybody else have fatal error in PMDG DLL on load up
Got a similar issue. After sp1 and 6700 addon when i load in the flight the pmdg 737 fsx crashes and the problem is pmdg_dll version 1.0Then i tried to uninstall and reinstall the whole pmdg 737 but i always get the same problem. Help me flying this bird.I've win 7 64 bit, saitek pro flight yoke, throttle quadrant and rudder pedal. Hi guys! Great work with your NGX, but i've a problem.I've installed fsx in a PC with two soundcards.All the fsx sounds come out from the right soundcard, only the pmdg ngx sounds come from the wrong one, the one i use for headphones in TS!I've checked the fsx settings and it is allright! What's up with it?I've the fsx sound on the speakers and the ngx sounds on the headphone...
