  1. I've had this happen to me a few times to me as well. Sometimes the plane is way to fast or just will not slow down "fast" enough.
  2. Its most likely caused by some type of corrupt AIRAC data. Try updating/reinstalling you cycle and see if that helps.
  3. It was some time ago for me. You might have some conflicting altitudes. Too many ups in downs in terms of SPD/FL in the legs pages.
  4. Really nothing special. A old I7 920 overclocked to 3.8Ghz on water. EVGA GTX 550 Ti. I'm thinking of upgrading, really hard to keep up with the changes in technology. So much has changed since I built it. I'm really getting my moneys worth... Thanks William.
  5. Thanks. First impressions after using FSX for years without. NOT GOING BACK ANY TIME SOON! B) I've locked my frames at 30 and usually get in the mid teens with PMDG and FSdreamteam products before. Now I'm in the high 20s' constantly. Also my VAS issues have seemed to go away. One issue that I am trying to solve is that the screens on the PMDG 777 VC are a bit blurry.
  6. Stuttgart to Sheremetyevo. Approaching SVO... Vectors for finals... Established 25R, cleared to land...
  7. One of my first flights using DX10 in FSX with the PMDG777 in BA colors operating as BAW219. UK2000 and Flightbeam scenery. Pin in sight... Taxi to runway... Climb to FL350... Cruise... Time for some tea... Approaching TD.. Holding for a bit.... 1600FT Approaching DH...Flaps 30... Nice view... A good pilot follows the line... Approaching the stand... Offloading and de-boarding... Shutdown checks complete ready for a nap...

    Taxi Cam

Best way is to set up a tail cam view in EZDOK if you have it. I've been using my for taxing all the time. Just too limited in the VC sometimes in FSX.
  10. A tad bit more info is needed. What APFD modes were selected?
  11. I've had that issue before. I had selected and change the STAR one too many times and there were discontinuities all over the place. rebuild the way points and then re-entered the star.
  12. An EICAS "SPEEDBRAKE EXTENDED" message occurs if speedbrakes are extended when either flaps are in the landing position (25, 30), radio altitude is 800 'or below, or the thrust levers are not closed. You can also get a "AUTO SPEEDBRAKE" advisory EICAS message when a fault is detected in the automatic speedbrake system. "SPEEDBRAKE ARMED" memo message when they are armed. Furthermore; a "SPEEDBRAKE EXTENDED" caution message with a aural beeper when the speedbrakes are extended when radio altitude is between 15 and 800 feet, or when the flap lever is in a landing position, or when either thrust lever is not closed.
  13. I've heard that before. lol  B)
  14. The MAP mode is recommended for most phases of flight. Presented track up, this mode shows airplane position relative to the route of flight against a moving map background. The PLN mode is presented true north up. The active route may be viewed using the STEP prompt on the CDU LEGS pages.
  15. Fighting a 192 headwind over northern Russia en-route to VIE via NRT.
  16. .84/310/250 always worked for me. :hi:
  17. Any chance in having the SATCOM/TV/DATA option for the LR for us VIP drivers?
  18. Might try backup your old cycle first. Delete/uninstall the current. Then reinstall the current.....
  19. Do you mean the ADF antenna's on the top of the mid fuselage?
