  1. Evocative and nostalgic pictures, pmplayer. As far back as I can recall, in the SIM, folks have been talking about recreating the period feel to the airports and such...for a more realistic experience ....so, it's great to see these pictures...and to know that some (MSFS) DEVs are thinking about it... 1935 is a great choice...time of the Junkers and all, but it's also wonderful to see your KLM Connie here...that would appear just a few years into the future ....🙂 ... Thanks for sharing...!
  2. Marvelous set of pictures, Ryan. Complete and full of details...I recall the Aerobask planes were always your favorites in XP.... Yes, it's late summer already...it has been a glorious Summer around here in Chicago, Ryan...Yesterday's weather was somewhat like what you show...cloudy and cool...with some rain... [Liked your Copilot, btw....🙂 ...and clearly you, as the PIC, must have handled the turbulent weather rather well ...]
  3. Just wonderful, Bernd ...! Great series of pics to imbibe the feeling of these places... I know you're no stranger to NZ locales and sceneries...at least virtually...🙂 ...
  4. Choreography....well done...🙂 ... Lovely pictures...!
  5. Very nice and very diverse.... enjoyed this ensemble of pictures...!
  6. NZ is replete with wonderfully scenic small airports...of course, you should know...🙂 ...I'm speaking merely from my relentless (past) explorations of Orbx NZ scenery...🙂 ... Glad you could correlate the virtual with the experience of real visits ...always good to hear in the SIM...
  7. Yes, it must have been a handful for you....🙂 ...those been the days of 3-person cockpit Crew....but it seems you have mastered flying this aircraft, pmplayer...🙂 ... Beautiful series here...especially liked those shots after being airborne over the Hawaiian Islands...and ready to cross the Pacific...
  8. Southwest doing stop-and-go in far off lands from its home bases...🙂 ... Very nice set, Will. Loved the livery...!
  9. Great Job, bernd, porting this classic into the MSFS world of (beautiful) Bali ...!! Good-looking plane...yes, recall rather well flying the (PT) Tu-154B2 ...in earlier times ...🙂 ... Thanks for posting.
  10. Lovely shot, pmplayer ... almost as if you placed a mirror in between to capture the images....🙂 ...
  11. Well-rounded tour of the facility...Will...inside and outside... An exciting place indeed...for aviation enthusiasts ...!
  12. Lovely set from Paine Field Airport and the Boeing Everett Factory...brings back memories of my visit and tour of the facilities, from years ago ... I recall the Tour Guide touting one of those buildings (in your pictures) as the largest building (by volume) in the world... The Emirates "777-9" ...in shot #4....looks impressive... Thanks for sharing.
  13. A nice flight and beautiful pictures, Darryl. Do recall clearly that (impressive) T5 (Heathrow) Terminal seen in your first shot, been there once, just a year or two after it had opened ... Speedbird A320 looks great too...!
  14. I recall you'd piloted us recently to Philadelphia...glad you're now bringing us back to Chicago...🙂 ... Lovely series of pictures. I see you've taken WATSN FOUR (Arrival) into O'Hare...Recall some of these KORD arrivals banking and turning over Lake Michigan...offering spectacular views of the Lake and the downtown skyline...
  15. Nice set, T. Loved the Connies... Have travelled numerous times in LH's A330-200/300s... long before this Neo (-900) was introduced...🙂 ...looks good ...!
  16. Wonderful set with the Falcon/Viper, Patrick...!! In the last shot, the exhausts heat blur of the a/c, lifting off just past the Runway indicators, is spectacular ...!
  17. Last of the greatest Piston engines....🙂 ... Beautiful paint job...of the Tiger Kitty....the a/c features appear immaculately sharp in your shots...
  18. Another beautiful GA a/c that would perfectly fit the bill for you, Ryan...🙂 ... Interesting trip westward across Pennsylvania and into the Appalachian Mountains ... I am more familiar travelling the Southern Pennsylvania regions...used to drive from Columbus (OH) to Bowie (MD) twice a year for several years ...I-70/I-76 east to Harrisburg (PA), and then southward ... These parts of Pennsylvania, with rolling hills and meadows, provide some of the most enjoyable driving scenery as I recall ... Very nice set you've captured, here, from start to finish...!!
  19. Beautiful set, Darryl...!! Loved the NEO logo, with the "O" replaced by the symbolic Turbofan ...
  20. 738 Neos...??? Did I miss something when I was away...I thought...🙂 ... Thanks for posting these beautiful pictures and educating about yet another 737 Carrier airline...not seen here ...Nice blue livery...reminds me a bit of the TUIfly blue color scheme... [I see that the 737 (new) repaints are being produced at a remarkable pace for MSFS....similar to the time when once PMDG/iFly 737NGs had arrived B2B ...🙂 ...You've endless choices, Will...Have fun...You deserve it...]
  21. Lovely A320 series with Avianca, pmplayer...the 2nd oldest (living) airline after KLM....An airline I've spent considerable time exploring ... I liked this earlier livery color of Avianca.... thanks for posting ...!!
  22. Beautiful pictures, Will, of the Southwest 737 travelling from Denver (back) to TX... Recall my 3-hour transit, from years ago, at KDEN rather well...on the way to the west coast...During the holding/waiting pattern to land, I did get an excellent (aerial) view of that unique Tent-like roof structure of the airport...glimpsed in your shot #7 ... A very nice and comfortable airport indeed...was easy to pass the hours getting a bite, reading an aviation magazine from the book stall and sipping a brew...🙂 ... Thanks for sharing this set...!
  23. Three iconic pictures...from your adventures in the stratosphere...🙂 ...symbolizing speed and space in commercial aviation... Thanks for sharing...!
  24. Beautiful series of pictures of the flight (from your incredible sim setup) ...departing at dusk and arriving well into the night... Always good to see these familiar scenes of the O'Hare departure gates...I see O'Hare Hilton and the Tower in your shot #2 ...And the lounge seats look exactly as how they are in real world ...have been as far back as I can recall...🙂 ...
  25. Frank, oh, this is again that time of the year for you to travel in style...🙂...on your Hjet and keep up with your team...Agree they continue to be well-placed atop their League ... Nice images...! Liked this attractive livery of White/Grey/Black colors on the Hjet...The speed lines are a nice touch... (but yes, my local team's performance this year is another matter ...) ...
