  1. Beautiful and varied set of images, Darryl...from the Embraer to the Dreamliner...all in the United colors...!!
  2. Wonderful capture, filou, of sunlight playing hide and seek in the clouds and the mountains...πŸ™‚....!!
  3. Yes, Aharon, indeed, sounds like, you're in command of a Very Very Very Very important mission ...πŸ™‚ ... Great to see the red and yellow colors of the historic Royal Mail... (nice pics) ...!
  4. Wow...Jack...To Acadia in a Virgin Blue...πŸ™‚.... beats my ~15-hour road trip from Columbus (OH) to Bar Harbor (ME) in a Rental Ford....πŸ™‚... Seriously, lovely pictures, you've captured, here, of this National Park...tucked away in the Northeastern Atlantic coastlines, and probably not getting as much publicity as the PNW, but equally beautiful .... I had stayed 3 days in Bar Harbor, and clearly recall the scenic roadway up to the highest point atop the Cadillac Mountain on one of the mornings...this is no Rockies, but, nonetheless, superbly picturesque, with my favorite combination of lakes, seas, and mountains...all together in one place...btw, Jack, that summit is the highest point on the eastern seaboard of U.S....wonderful place to catch the earliest rays of sunlight of the day...(in your set, I'm guessing, the Mountain could be in the last but one or last but two shots)... Thanks for these images from your tour/detour ...! Your series of explorations of Maine's coastlines, are admirably thorough... πŸ™‚...
  5. ...πŸ™‚...Please take your time, Jack. No hurry at all... Good week to you... Cheers...!!
  6. Glad you're enjoying the Big Radials...! Recall well that Brian Gladden's Noorduyn Norseman model...it was always one of my favorites.... Lovely pictures of the timeless classic, here...!
  7. Fantastic pics.... Will...with stunning close-up shots of the Alaska 738...! I like it when the (user)-name matches the plane....πŸ™‚...mine was 787-8, never got tired of flying the QW 787-8...πŸ™‚...
  8. Lovely 2-part series, so far, into Portland, Maine...Jack...! One of the longest (round-trip) road-trips (with one en-route stop-over each way...) I'd made (in much younger days, of course...πŸ™‚...) was from Columbus (OH) to Portland (ME), with the final destination "Acadia National Park", such an enchantingly beautiful place of lakes, seas, and rocky mountains... Not sure, Jack, where (how far up north) you're heading along the northeastern coast...in your exciting adventure, here... but, if time permits, could you swing by (in the comfort of your Piper Warrior...πŸ™‚...) ...for an aerial tour of the "Acadia National Park"...? It's near the Bayside town of Bar Harbor....BTW, absolutely not mandatory, Jack...but, I'm just curious how it looks in MSFS....you might like the detour too...Portland to Bar Harbor is showing up as ~200 miles on I-295/I-95, but in the sky, it would be much shorter, I presume... Cheers..!
  9. Wonderful pictures, bernd...the Golden Retriever is such a nice touch...! Animals make great companions for travel...at least on the road...Travels with Charley comes to mind...Charley was a Poodle...πŸ™‚....
  10. Very nice series, pmplayer, you've going, here, with that highly competent FBW A320 SIM...! Beautiful pictures, all ...!! It's always great to lift off (or land into) one's own home base airport...Yes, during EDDS departure, you probably just looked out your Pilot's window (eh...I mean Home Window...πŸ™‚...) to verify the live weather, but, not so, at far-off LEIB......
  11. Wonderful images of the DC-3, pmplayer...! Loved the (legendary) Winged Seahorse logo, so prominently displayed, here, on the (AF) DC-3, in the front fuselage... (thanks for sharing) ...!
  12. Oh...Good...! Will, you retired from flying 737 would be like Alaska (suddenly) retiring its entire 737 fleet...πŸ™‚.... (Hopefully, you'll get to fly the 777 soon...) ... Anyway, wonderful pictures, here, as always...! Weather around Chicagoland lately has been reaching near (sunny) mid-80's for the first time, and your colorful livery looks inviting for a leisure/vacation trip...
  13. Eye-catchingly beautiful pictures of the plane and place(s), Darryl...! While living in Austin, I had visited San Antonio a couple of times, by road, but never been to that Airport...And agree, (KSAT-KLAX) is bit of a long-haul within the U.S. and is a bit much in an Embraer... (talking of which, a couple of weeks ago, a family member took a non-stop 14 and half hour's flight...in a 787...though myself don't fancy doing those flights any more even in bigger tubes...πŸ™‚....) ...
  14. Glad you're (back to) exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest region, bernd.... recall many (memorable ones) from the past...πŸ™‚.... Marvelous series of photos, here... (also loved this triple-tail and twin-hull seaplane...)
  15. Beautiful and vibrant set, Jack...! Surely, your early years memories, from this region, are getting revived...πŸ™‚....
  16. Lovely twilight/night pics, Ryan...! The plug-in paint did its job admirably, looks like... Glad you could explore and enjoy the warmth of Sarasota...away from the midwestern cold for a bit...πŸ™‚...and still doing it virtually...
  17. Legendary Silk Road adventure....πŸ™‚.... Beautiful pictures and wonderful narratives to boot...indeed shows your love for Air Travel...πŸ™‚...
  18. Thanks, Will, for showcasing this airline in the new colors.... Recall flying this airline a lot in the SIM, mostly with a/c from their Retired fleet, in the old colors.... Lovely set...!!
  19. Oh...the Norwegian...perennial favorite of mine (and yours too, Will...πŸ™‚...) .... Fantastic set...the other a/c around also add so much to the realism...!!
  20. Superb pictures of the a/c with these (bygone?) paints.... Patrick...!! Not being as knowledgeable as you, in such fighter a/c SIMs...the only way I could tell them apart is the subtle (but distinct) artwork on the twin-tails...πŸ™‚... (Ok, now staying tuned for the New Projects...you're surely in the thick of it ...)
  21. Marvelous set, pmplayer, can't get enough viewings of this Classic... [BTW, very nice sequel to your (old style) DC-3 pics...without the inclined fuselage...πŸ™‚...]
  22. Beautiful arrival pictures at Dubai airport...!! I had the chance to transit through OMDB once (an incredibly big airport...) ...it was in an Emirates 777...recall also that I took a short onward flight in a Flydubai 737 plane, like yours, seen here.... Flydubai is fast becoming the Southwest of Middle East, Jack...in future they will have a dedicated fleet of (over 200) 737 Max's exclusively ...if you look around the parking spots, you may spot stacks of Flydubai 737s ...πŸ™‚...
  23. Vintage plane and a classic livery...lovely pics...thanks for sharing...!!
  24. Three character "L35" airport name in the Title...almost thought the post would be one by Ryan...πŸ™‚.... Beautiful series, Darryl...as nice as your single-aisle twin-jet series...looking forward to more of these types....
  25. Like these picturesque and clean coastal images, Jack...sure it will get dense...as you near KJFK...the short (and sweet) 736 looks great in your pictures ...
