    Hmm. Maybe I'll run some of the built-in cleanup / verification tools within the manager and see if it makes a difference.

    I run at 60fps so it isn't much of an issue, but someone running 30 may think otherwise. For 100% injection though, I consider that drop fair (especially if the models are still a WIP). My tests were at EGLL, OMDB, CYVR and LSZH.

    You're getting 0 fps hit with 100% traffic injection? Do you have all the flightplans installed and at what airport? There is a 5-15fps hit when I've tested @ 100 at a number of different airports (on a 5900x / 3080ti).

    It is there for me with a Windows Store install (but I also clicked "no" to the AIG Manager dialog, so the file / filename is unchanged).

    That's what I was worried about, especially as the MSFS installer could be sensitive to changes to any sim files. I just said clicked "no" in the AIG Manager dialog that asks to disable the default traffic file, and manually set the traffic level to 0 in the sim.

    Found the answer so replying here for anyone who needs: It renames trafficAircraft.bgl to trafficAircraft.bgl.aigoff in the …\Official\OneStore\fs-base-ai-traffic\scenery\world\traffic folder To re-enable the default traffic, you remove .aigoff from the bgl file.

    Thanks Marc - restarted it this morning (after letting it run all night) and it loaded successfully after about 15 minutes. Must have just been a hiccup. Running the "verify setup" and noticed it's downloading a few more packages now.

    The default traffic file will need to be reenabled as well, if it was disabled with the AIG manager setup. Is there a flag somewhere to restore that? And don't worry about the registry update - it's just this: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\LongPathsEnabled (Type: REG_DWORD) must exist and be set to 1. Getting prepped in advance of next week's update so that SU7 has a fairly vanilla base to install over...

    I didn't have to set it for the AI Manager - the instruction to set this flag were just for the traffic controller (it was on Page 4 of the included manual in the install directory).     I did all ~1200 airlines / flightplans and it is about 25.7GB. One issue I have found is that restarting AI Manager is taking hours - stuck on this screen (not sure if it's a bug, or normal because I had selected "slow" mode when prompted)

    What are also really well done are the AI sounds...remember having to install sound packs in the other sims to add some immersion, but they sound excellent as-is here (taxi, run-up, etc). Great job. One question - what is the sequence everyone is using to launch the Traffic Controller App? I've been alt+tabbing out of the sim after it has loaded, but wondering if there's a better way.

    Did you try adding the "-MSFS2020" to the shortcut for the controller? And running the app as an administrator?

    I've set the in-sim traffic to 0 but am getting a prompt when loading the manager that the default traffic file is still active - any harm in leaving it (don't want core files changed). Also is there a flag to re-enable the default traffic file?

    Just picked up the EVGA hybrid conversion kit yesterday when stock notification came in...but they're out of stock already.
