  1. I found this one: http://www.thefsps.com/p3d-v1/fsps-frictionality-p3d.html Do you know whether this software compromises the NGX physics?
  2. 1) Is there any difference between the landing distance on a dry and on a wet runway in Prepar3d? Or is the "wet runway" only a visual effect? 2) On an icy and wet runway, is the landing distance grater than on a wet runway in Prepar3d? 3) If not, is there a software that REALLY can take these variables into account and simulate these frictions in Prepar3d? Thanks
  3. I checked Seatguru about Gol configuration... It differs a bit from what you find when you see the configuration in Gol webpage... I think Seatguru is precise for other airliners, but not for Gol... Thanks for the tip!
  4. I begin: Most Gol 737-800 fleet: 162 passengers (the first 6 rows are "Gol +" seats, which have more a bit more space). 15 seats are "blocked"... + 4 flight attendants... BTW, I don't know why 15 seats are "blocked". Does anyone know?
  5. I try when I come back home next week... than I'll post the results... Thanks!
  6. Thank you for the information... But if assign the steering via FSUIPC, how does the front wheel behaves when I move the rudder axis? Does it behaves correctly, i.e. moves only 7 degrees? Thanks!
  7. I know rudder pedals move the steering wheel by 7 degrees and that steering wheel can move the front wheel by 78 degrees.... I have 2 joysticks, and I want to use one of them only as a steering wheel. And I want to disconnect the rudder from the steering wheel... Can I do that in P3D?
  8. Pro Atc X has a long way until it gets similar to the real thing, but I hope it can get there in the future.... Vox Atc is nice too, but development is very slow in my opinion...
  9. If you are a 737-800 first officer, your opinion has certain weight. Maybe this in an issue that could be corrected in the NGX v2.... please contribute with more information regarding NGX realism....
  10. The default value of the "turbulence scale effect" of ASN is 70%... 70% is not a strong turbulence, is normal turbulence... Flying by hand goes without any "bumbs" or great anormal "Gs"... But the NGX autopilot can't cope with this normal turbulence from ASN and the NGX's elevator overreacts a lot on climbing turns... Come on, guys, even the real 737 NG has some bugs, why the NGX wound't have any conflict with another software?
  11. Turbulence is set to 70% in the "turbulence scale effect" of ASN, which is realistic. Maximum downdraft/updraft rate is set to almost "2000 ft/min", although in the real world some updrafts and downdrafts can achieve 4000 ft/min or more... Flying "by hand", the NGX doesn't oscillates at all... So I want to report this problem to the development team: the NGX autopilot, especially in the NAV mode, can't cope with ASN turbulence appropriately. Don't know whether it's a bug in NGX or in Prepar3d, but the thing is that an autopilot shouldn't behave this way... And this is not the only problem between ASN and NGX: the NGX can't cope with the ASN "enhanced turbulence". It behaves weirdly... Thanks!
  12. Yes, it's due to the turbulence effect of Active Sky Next... The warning light was due to a bleed trip off... After some experiments I concluded the overreaction of the elevators has to do with the Active Sky Next turbulence... I set realistic figures in the Active Sky Next turbulence. Don't know which one has fault in this case of overreaction, whether ASN or the NGX...
  13. No, I have no hardware trim axis assigned. I recorded a video showing the spikes... Spikes begin at 1:30... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlnXwUZ3pL4
  14. I'm running P3D V3 and ActiveSky Next (with "enhanced turbulence" off)... The elevator spikes a lot when the autopilot is on and I'm in a climbing turn... This is something I noted long ago when I used FSX and the problem continues in P3D V3... I clicked "control spike elimination" in FSUIPC, but the problem continues... Any ideas? Thanks!
  15. I'm using a 2d panel and I want to resize the main window view... But in v3 it seems to be is locked... How can I do it? Thanks!
  16. I have the impression my turns are not really coordinated when autorudder is on... So, the question is: does autorudder really works? Thanks!
  17. Should I take density altitude into consideration when calculating take off distances in Prepar3d? Is Density altitude really simulated in Prepar3d? Thanks!
  18. It's just me or the V3.1 update had a clear drop in FPS performance? I had to uninstall this update and came back to V3.0 in order to have my FPS back...
  19. I lost FPS with this update, scenery has more lags, so I backing to the V3.0...
  20. Here is my list: 1) Tire burst during a rough landing or during take off; 2) Damage report (for example, structural damage after a rough landing); 3) Random inoperative instruments or equipment before dispatch (MMEL); 4) Weather uplinking; 5) Tail strike damage simulation; 6) Realistic gear struts and better wing flex animation; 7) Better windshield rain animation (more blurred during heavy rain)... 8) Aquaplaning or reduced braking effectiveness on wet runways... 9) Take off performance depending on runway conditions (wet or dry)...
  21. The MD11 is a unique aircraft, and a huge amount of effort was put in the development of the MD-11X. I hope all this effort will be upgraded and launched for Prepar3d somewhere in the future instead of just being forgotten.
  22. Have you tried A2A's "Accu-Feel"?
  23. I think there is a great market for high fidelity simulations, like FS Labs (hopefully) and PMDG... There are a bunch of enthusiast that would pay heavy for them and they can also be certified and used for training... I, as an enthusiast, don't want to simply fly from A to B, I want learn how the aircraft works, behaves, how to deal with failures etc. It's more an educative perceptive than "just fun"... But it's not easy to make high fidelity sims, NGX took 4 or 5 years, FS Labs will take at least as much...
  24. I'm looking for a software to shorten long-haul (medium-haul) flights... I've read somewhere that there was a software that could shorten the cruise flight to a fraction of the real time... I don't have time to stay for 3-4 hours in front of the simulator... Thanks
  25. Yes, have the bleeds and packs all in the correct position... BTW, I have FSCaptain installed... but I don't think it's caused by it...
