I have the same Mobo and a i6700K. But I also have a Corsair cooler. I overclocked to 4.6 by changing the multiplier to 46. Only change I made. Hope that helps.

I flew the A300-600R back when American had them. If I am not mistaken it was the first plane I ever flew in back in the 90's during its golden years. I really enjoyed seeing this plane. Really there was nothing like this plane and I can see nothing like it today anymore. A true iconic bird that does not get enough credit.

Yes it does allow you to save the panel state, Resume flight with a saved flight as well. Currently on leg 2 of 3. Flew from Latín VFR TJSJ to FSDT KFLL. Now flying FLL to JFK. No issues with OOM or FPS.

After the update I bought it today doing my first leg with the plane, I have to say I am extremely impressed with this bus. Wow what a immersion in this puppy. Currently doing TJSJ to FLL. Plan on doing three legs. Let's see how it goes.

The other thing to consider is that Aerosoft has already started testing more advanced systems on the Airbus X line to introduce into the A330. So it really makes me wonder if I have so much fun with the Airbus X line, is it really worth the 149.99 price tag for one airplane? I am sorry but never have I loved Mathjis more than today and their business model. Sure it's not steaming from the wings with anti ice but really I can buy 5 sceneries for the same price and will enjoy it more. If they fix the VAS then we will talk.

This I am happy to pay for. All those aircraft for around the price of 777X for P3D. That makes sense. Not (Censored) airbus for the same price.

MIA is really a joy to fly into. Even with my previous build where I was doing 3.4GHZ compared to my 4.6GHZ processor i have now I was able to fly in with out any OOM or VAS issues in P3D, this was even considering I ran 45-55% AI Traffic in the airport with numerous airfraft, NGX,777 Airbus X etc.

Wouldn't go that far. Maybe 1/2 an hour lesson. Compared to something you can use for thousands of hours of you wanted to.

My issues are also FPS with the new AS16. I noticed in my case that turning off the Cloud Structures and the Cloud Textures and use REX soft clouds instead has helped my performance. But I agree AS16 and ASCA SP1 really is a FPS problem. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I use DSR 2X instead of AA and I am in love with the quality and no loss of FPS.

Many many things in flight sim. My most embarrassing tho. Taking off in a real plane with my pitot tube cover on. Luckily I was able to notice it during the take off run and aborted to remove it

I can see how your thought process makes sense. In the other I think it's not a negative thing. The truth is that we tend to want to do things based on major world or personal events. I.e. When you fly somewhere IRL you tend to want to fly that route more often in the sim. People also have a tendency to view the world events even if negative and want to explore more about that. For example the OJ Simpson lift in Ford Bronco sales. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with doing what you are doing. If it makes you conscious feel better you can always do a small donation to a cause that provides real relief to the victims. Hope my 2 and 3/4 of a cent help.

Yes perhaps, all though it was my understanding from a post I found at FSDT that the addon manager will not save any new settings unless I changed them. I went in and added the Antipop up to see if that helps with the stutters on final at KLAS. Here is my current add on manager. Yes I did this as well so I should be ok with unlimited frames if I have the Vsync on.

Thank you all for the responses. This is what I've done. Deleted CFG. Then added AM-85 Simulator is smooth and reaching 30-35 FPS with Airbus X and KLAS. I noticed that with the sim locked to 30FPS it was smooth with the exception of the terrain. It seemed like the terrain was catching up with a locked FPS. So I went unlimited and it works much better much more fluid but I worriedi that blurry textures will re appear later with unlimited. So I find my self making a decision between fluidity and possible blurry terrain?

I'm thinking Active Sky 16. Only other program installed that messes with the CFG. So even if I use AM14/85 I will still see the same surge on one of the cores.

Thanks, yes I had process lasso previously, the system is running really well right now I am using 30FPS locked I'm not getting stutters, my main concern is that P3D is not using my cores correctly and that's why it's putting core 1 at the peak and the others not so much. Most of the stutters I suspect came from not having an anti pop up setting on the add-on manager.
