Plus 1 vote for 770 card. Add-ons that you mentioned will require power graphic card not less than CPU power. Besides of that, i7 4790K - gtx 760 combo looks a bit disbalanced for the rest possible games.

this is because there are a few disk storages in your PC. Choose your system drive and keep on hold F8, boot options will appear. Check the state of each installed updates in Win`s update center. You can uninstall any of them.

I believe you have to adjust graphic settings by using NvidiaInspector. See this http://forum.avsim.net/topic/324786-nvidia-configuration-guide-inspector-2xxxx-drivers-version-20-explanations-of-all-settings/page-1 for instructions. Yes it's a bit outdated but still actual for your (and mine as well) VGA. Additionaly, I dont think up-to-date drivers are good for previous generations of VGA esp. in terms of sim (but it's strongly IMO)

Thanks for test. I'm about to build new rig and for me It was a difficult choice - 3570k or 3770k. Now it seems to be solved. Would be very interesting to see at Hasw i5. Please make one point clear for me. Is it true i7 die a bit more physical size than i5 due to bigger L3 cache, what provides a bit better heat spreading respectively? I would gladly took a part in testing but I cant see a way to make my RAM work at required settings with Q9550 and my sim is far from being called clean.

When you get sync times error, you can fix it for this flight such way: enter CDU and navigate to Nearest Arprts page (Int/ref index - altn dest - Nearest Arprts), inspect any of it and go back. ETA times will be corrected. I Have not had this error after sp1c and have never had flickering of indication at all.
