What comes when?
This is just what I think after the news that was revealed today:777 first in appr. 5-6 months at earliest and shortly there after the 747 v2.There has been very little information and previews regarding the Dash-8 (which I very much awaits) so if they will release it before the 777 it would be a suprise to me.On the other hand as I have understood it from earlier updates from the devs its not the same team developing the Dash-8 (and/or the DC6) as the Boeings. Not much information yet on the progress of the props...

Thank You.
A month since the last reply in this thread, but I just need to say Thank You, back to PMDG for being such good guys!Had some problems with the activation of one of my PMDG products and I opened a ticket. 3 minutes (yes, no kidding) after submitting my ticket I got response from one of the support guys (*hint* Paul) with a reply which solved my problem. That is truly good customer care! THANK YOU PMDG!Now back to the flying... :)

Do I have enough power supply?
I have two Radeon HD5770, Crossfired. A Core i5 OC'ed over 3GHz and six HDD's (no SSD's, just conventional mechanical) in my computer and a Corsair 650W is enough.

Blank Heads Up Display.
My ticket was now closed, but I just wanted to thank PMDG and especially Paul for the very quick answer and for fixing my dll.xml file. :D

Blank Heads Up Display.
Does the dll.xml have something to do with scenerys? I got the same problem today after installing some sceneries and I think there was some error message when I started FSX about dll.xml...

Virtual Airline Referral
I can recommend Scandinavian Virtual Airlines (www.scandinavian-va.net). They operate B736, B737WL, B738 and B738WL. However all flights are either domestic in Sweden, Norway and Denmark or to continental Europe out of Scandinavia with the 737's...The checkride is done with a recorded flight of a landing at runway 26 the ELTOK 2V STAR in FSX and the staff is not to hard when it comes to that...Hope to see you and others at SVA! :)

NGX VNAV
Oh god can people please stop writing posts like this, im dying right here.Im on travel right now and will not be home until tuesday however I have already downloaded and installed the NGX remotley on my gaming rig so its ready for my arrival, but this makes me wanna come home even more and quicker.Have tried many addons and the VNAV has always let me down and done some strange things. I believe in PMDG! :D

AES functionality in FMC
I got an idea and maybe this has been on the topic before, but how about if you have AES installed and have the ability to manage these functions (boarding/deboarding, stairs/gates) from the CDU.If not done by you how about the possibility to add your own function to the FMC menus via the SDK?It could be used for other addons as well if it was possible to bind key commands to menu options in the CDU.I thinking of this primarily for a future cockpit project where I would like to be able to control such things from the CDU rather than have other menus pop up on the projector screens.

First Destination

Patience
First thing I will do, is to start in SAS livery at gate 8 on Stockholm-Arlanda (ESSA) and start her up from C&D and then fly to Copenhagen-Kastrup (EKCH) or Oslo-Gardermoen (ENGM) for my VA.... :D

Product update
29th of August 2011...

Best way to buy
And buying through the PMDG shop, would give more money to the dev team, right? ;)(dont know if the other flight sim stores on the net that sells PMDG addons take a share of the money?)

What are the chances of the NGX being out by Fathers Day?
Yeah! Maybe before Fathers day isnt such a bad estimation......if you think of the swedish fathers day (and Norways, Finlands, Icelands and Estonias as well), which occurs on the second Sunday of November... :D

Ouch!
On the 27th of December 1991, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) flight 751, a MD-80 departured Stockholm-Arlanda airport (ESSA) enroute to Copenhagen-Kastrup (EKCH). About 1 minute after takeoff they suffered dual engine failure due to FOD from ice on the wings. However, the two pilots assisted by a third SAS pilot travelling as a passenger succeded to land the airplane on a open grass field in the woods of Gottröra, north of Arlanda. The plane was broken in three parts but miraculously all crew and passengers survived. Leaving only one passenger that survived but ended up in wheelchair all left the plane on their own. When the crash was known and the rescue forces, police and media came to crash site SAS were there quickly to paint over the company name and logos of the aircraft. The story about the crash was a big thing in the media and was often referred to as the "Christmas Miracle in Gottröra".What I wanted to say: SAS probably regretted that they repainted the aircraft...Read more: http://en.wikipedia....ines_Flight_751Also: http://aviation-safe...11227-0〈=enIn swedish: http://sv.wikipedia....ines_Flight_751
